It was very comfortable, nice room, elevator, good and complete breakfast, coffee and croissants all day, very nice place, attention 24 hours, near from the subway, nice neighborhood, too quiet, nice bed, pillows and quilt. Great shower.

The trash can in the bathroom was full upon arrival and the cleaning of the daily room was poor.

Size of the room, as expected though. The bathroom was big, on the corner room at least. The vintage look could do some improvements.

Perfect hotel for a short trip to Paris. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly, and they were able to provide anything we asked for from adapters to sewing kits to umbrellas. The reception/common area was surprising lovely, with hot drinks facilities, a bowl of pastries each day, lots and lots of books to read, tabletop football, a piano and more! The location is great, surrounded by many shops and restaurants and a metro station a few minutes walk down the road. Highly recommend Hotel Boris V and I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris!

My friend thought the mattress was quite hard, but this is down to personal preference and I didn't have a problem with it.

was very cold and ac was not controled by us as it had central minitoring. i never saw the ac working and there was no source of heat in the room. it was very cold and we both got sick as got super cold during the night

The staff was very nice , and the property is in a good location and very quiet.

The bathroom was really small and if you are a big person trust me you will not fit in there. It was very uncomfortable.

Tiny room with lack of storage. To reach the toilet you have to squeeze yourself in between the bottom of the bed and the wall. I can't believe it is a 4* hotel. It looks like 3*.

everything was perfect! was very comfortable for me and my little one love the fact there was extra pillows! the only thing was the towels had stains and shower curtain didn’t look very pleasant apart from that everything was 10/10

Dirty floor in the rooms. I even found sunglasses of a previous occupant (among piles of dust) under the bed. If they fix this - I could probably visit again.

The welcome on arrival was warm, but that was the best part of the stay. We stayed for 3 days - two of us. However, there was towels only fpr one person. I asked 3 times (3 days every morning)at the reception and did not get a towels for the second person. When I returned to the hotel yesterday at 1 am, I rang the bell and the phone - the door was opened only after 20 minutes. Breakfast. One morning there was no hot food, no juice, no empty plates, all the tables were uncleaned, and the restaurant was staffed. When I asked the waitress for juice, fruit, hot food (there was warm food the day before ), the waitress was very unpleasant and suggested me to go to reception if i dont like something. I did, and they said sorry. The room was different from the one what I ordered. I do not recommend the hotel.
