Lovely family-run hotel, very clean and quiet. Beautiful swimming pool and play area for kids. Simple rooms with comfortable beds. The air con was very helpful as the weather was very hot! Walking distance of a range of restaurants on the beach. Easy bus, bike ride or drive into Kos town. Great homemade jam with breakfast! Lots to do on Kos, all easy drive or bus trip. Scuba diving centre nearby.

The kitchen set up was quite basic but we were able to make breakfast and meals.

The staff was amazing, so welcoming and helpful in every way! They really made us feel like home and helped us with even the smallest things. It is a calm hotel and a perfect place to relax, rest and enjoy you vacation.

The apartment were great, but the kitchen was was maybe a bit smaller then expected and we missed some kitchen equipments. But it was absolutely still functional and we cooked a lot.

Everything was beyond perfect. The friendliest family you could ever ask for is running the hotel on point. They helped us out with. everything we needed 24/7 and made our lives as relaxing and easy as possible. The whole Location is beautiful, clean and the best place to spend an awesome time straight next to the beach.

BELIEVE THE GREAT REVIEWS. There are very few places now that are truly family owned and cared for in that way. This is one of those places-immaculate, landscaped, watched over because it means something to the folks that own it. The rooms and communal areas were even nicer than photos show and the support we received help make our few days in Kos even more wonderful. I would return in a heartbeat

Nice hotel with good swimming pool and generally nice interior and backyard. Rooms were clean, quite big and generally ok. The staff was nice and very helpful.

If you care about silence take the room with swimming pool view or tree view. The sea view means noise from street.

This place was probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The family who runs the hotel is always on top of things and very friendly. They also help with excursions and car and bike rentals. The beds including single ones are very comfortable. The ACs work well. The pool is very clean and a very good size. I really appreciated that there was not loud music by the pool. There is also a snack bar as well. There are also good restaurants that is in walking distance. taverna Nestoras was great. As we were leaving Maria gave us basil plants to plant back in Turkey. We hope to be back.

Facilities was great and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Tasty breakfast, would recommend you get that option as well. All in all it was a great family hotel and would definitely go for it again next time.

Residence close to city centre rouglhy 3 km and 5 mins by car to beautiful and no crowly beaches (Psalisi, therma, avios fokas). Suggested to spend a great holiday in Kos

Clean room. Nice breakfast. Nice property. Good size (20 m) pool with clean water. Close to Kos. On bike 10-15 min. Ocean and beach is right across the stret. Owners very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable,

The location next to the street initially bothered us as we like to sleep with open windows. Note that aircon in the room and closed windows during nights can take care of this issue. However, after the first night we got used to the noise from the light traffic.

Exceptional place with a beautiful garden. It has the view if the aegean from every angle. The staff is the most helpful and kind. I really appreciate this place.

an extremely clean & tidy family run hotel. Nice surroundings & a beautiful pool. the appartment was spacious, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

the only downside was it was in a bit of an isolated position, but it was easy enough to get about by the local bus, which stops outside the hotel

Peaceful apartments with very kind owners. I liked hotel is not part of resort, but away from other hotel. each apartment has entrance from outside and I felt like I had my own house. Rooms were very clean. also swiming pool was super clean. matres is very comfortable, soft, but not too soft. 2 clima machines, one per room. I used only Dakine one and it was super quite and wind. therefore I had a good sleep. House is 3.5 km from port but there are regular local buses. I did not use taxis exept the last day as my farry departed early from port. Mostly I used bicycles to explore area near Kos town.

Family run place which was spotless, rooms tastefully decorated. Seperate bedroom very comfy bed with nice quality bedding and a choice of pillows. Nice pool and gardens. Bus stop right outside to take you to Kos town for a couple of Euros.

super clean, really nice and helpful staff, big room with everything that is needed.

unfortunately pool is next to a quite busy street and the beach is not as nice as we expected, also because of the street. You can walk or bike to more quite beach areas, which was really nice but as the location of the hotel was rated as extraordinary we were a bit disappointed.
