location, awesome breakfast and super nice staff

room under the roof on third floor was very hot, no air conditioning and no fan, was difficult to sleep. apart from that it’s up in the mountains so in the evening it becomes naturally cool. second night was much better

Very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Our stay was an overnight stop and we didn't need or test any other offerings.

The breakfast was a little sparse;

The staff was very kind and we got well treated! We also got compensated for an issue we had.

The breakfast is very poor, the room feels like it's not worth the amount of money we paid. There aren't many guests at the moment, and that might be the reason that it's not maintained to the level of the money paid.

Perfect location in the town square, with many parking spots available in the area. The staff were super nice & welcoming. The room was simple & clean, with nice views of the square & mountains on the background, its was quiet & with many light. Self-Service breakfast was simple but very nice (bread, croissants, cheese, jam, yogurt, cereals, coffee...), in a clean &spacious area, staff were always around making sure all was perfect.

Very easy, practical and convinient. Great value for money.

Friendly staff, parking in front of the hotel

Very basic breakfast, room a bit outdated (could use new paint)

We visited during lockdown to do some skiing in Luina. The hotel is located conveniently next to the coop piazza so it was great to have a grocery store and pharmacy so close! The staff was very accommodating with all the regulations and we had a nice time.

I think the bedding was feather which caused us some allergies, however, we did not complain to the staff. The family room was a little smaller than we are used to and only had skylight window.
