This home was clean and the description is accurate. We have been staying in this area for 20+ years and the home had almost everything we needed and we like the location. The weather was very rainy which was unfortunate for us, but that is out of everyone’s control. We were glad we paid for the pool/spa heat. The park in the community is great for tennis and pickleball. We met some others to play a few games. We brought our own rackets. There are many great restaurants within a 15 min drive as well as several grocery stores. On sunny days we went to Boca Grande for the beach. It is our favourite one in the area.
Many houses in this area have games rooms in the garage and that is the one thing I would suggest adding to this one. Ping pong and/or a pool table would be great.
This property allowed us to bring our dog….we are very grateful for that. It is difficult to find nice homes that we can bring her to.
The TVs are a bit of a challenge to figure out and some clear instructions would be helpful. We were told by the property manager when we arrived that there was supposed to be a laminated card for pool/Spa instructions but there was nothing. Luckily, my husband is a pool and spa service technician, so he was able to figure it out.The property manager was not terribly helpful in this regard and we would have never figured this system out if my husband didn’t know how to trouble shoot.

We've stayed in the Rotonda development several times. This home was nicely located - facing southwest for maximum sun and very quiet backing on to the golf course. We enjoyed a few visits from the local rabbit, tortoise and bobcat. Lots of birdlife as well. A large heron perched on top of the lanai for a few minutes one morning. Great stay!

Had a great stay in the house, was nicely decorated with plenty of things supplied to make the stay even better including beach needs and outdoor activities!. My 2 fur babies were allowed to join us which is always a nice option to offer and very much so appreciated!
I left a cargo cover there in the garage, i reached out and the property mangers were kind enough to ship it back to me!
Anytime I had questions or concerns they were quick to respond and great communication from home owner and property management.
Very dark outside in the neighborhood, very little street lights. I suggest a flash light for any walking with pets in the evenings (Seen snakes on the sidewalk and garden area by front door)
My only suggestion would be to turn the air down prior to guest coming to stay (was 80 degrees upon arrival and took till mid afternoon second day to reach 74 in the house) the ac unit seems a bit small for the size of the house and the ceilings are very high making cool down even longer than typical.
Additional lighting outside would be a great idea as well, only 1 side of the light worked on the porch/ sitting area outside by the pool and the light in the pool was the only lights working hottub lights did not.

The place is beautiful, well-equipped, and roomy.
The kitchen has everything, even a slow cooker! There’s a real coffee pot that uses regular filters and plenty of coffee cups.
The dish washer has a wheel on the bottom rack that kept coming off, but my husband just kept putting it back on. It worked great. All of the appliances worked great.
The living room and dining room had plenty of space. The bedrooms are big, the bathrooms are great. They need some kind of shelving in the shower stalls.
Our party consisted of my husband and me, my two adult daughters and a son-in-law. No kids with us.
We wanted a nice house in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach. It took about 30 minutes to get to the beach.
We had a wonderful time. Loved the house!

The house was perfect for our family. Very beautiful and clean! Large spacious rooms gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation with our older children. Lots of fun by the pool! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time in this well appointed and equipped house! Property was as described and clean on arrival. Great weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and bikes. The bikes made it easy to get out and tour the neighborhood. We would recommend this house to our friends and hope to return soon.

Beautiful setting for Family Vacation!
This was our first time staying in Rotunda West and this house was perfect! It was decorated so nicely! We enjoyed coffee by the pool every morning. Very quiet neighborhood, close to shops, beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and relaxing stay!
A gorgeous villa in a beautiful relaxing neighborhood. We were able to work remotely with their high speed internet and had no issues. The house is a short distance from multiple beaches in the area and all of the amenities the house provided were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Great home! Everything you need to cook up a fabulous meal! Relax in the outdoor heated pool and whirlpool anytime! Well worth the extra cost ($16 per day). Plenty of utensils, cook ware, and dishes for any size gathering! Best equipped kitchen of any rental thus far! Close to all beaches! Saw manatees at Gasparilla Island, stingRay at Stump Pass Beach State Park and dolphins at several beaches! This home has everything you need for a day at the beach. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk my dog in the morning and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owners are attentive, accommodating, and quick to respond! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Very comfy beds and the pool area is spacious, nice to be able to get out to the pool from bath and bedrooms.
The area is defenitly a golf community, but still not to far to beaches and food store and such. Very nice neighborhood.

Lovely Stay
Anne was lovely to deal with. The home was perfect for our little family getaway, and is among the best equipped properties that I have been to. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking which we greatly appreciated in these COVID times. We were definitely impressed with the thoughtfulness to make available anything one could want for the beach, including boogie boards, coolers and chairs, as well as bicycles with helmets. While we generally bring our own kitchen and beach supplies, I was so impressed with Anne and Mike's going out if their way to make available a wide range of amenities. The house was very clean and the attention to COVID requirements to give reassurance was also greatly appreciated. I would recommend this stay without hesitation.

Our stay at Armadillo Villa was a great stay! We enjoyed the quietness & the amenities offered. Although we didn’t use all space that is provided, there is enough space for 2-3 more adults & 2 children. The weather was beautiful & hot !

Clean property with everything that you need. Great south facing patio and pool not overlooked. Quiet neighbourhood. Fantastic part of Florida. We particularly like cycling around the quiet streets and dedicated cycle tracks. Many thanks to the owners.

Excellent stay.
Right from the first enquiry and through our stay Ann was friendly, quick to respond, extremely helpful and provided great detail regarding the villa and the surrounding area.
The villa itself is beautiful and was a perfect home for our family holiday. The decor was stylish and made you feel at home. The furnishings and fittings were beautiful and very comfortable.
The villa has a great pool and we really enjoyed relaxing in and around it. We enjoyed using the barbecue.
When we needed to speak to the management company, they were very quick to respond and attend to speedily address any issues. They were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend this villa as an excellent base for exploring the area around Rotonda West.
