Super unkomplizierter Checkin über Telefon

Very quiet. Plenty of parking.

Strange check-in with no actual reception staff on site so not very welcoming.

The room was very comfortable, the heater worked excellently to warm the room up quickly and the bedlinen was nice and warm. The bathroom was super clean and was recently refurbished. The location is convenient, near to cafes and restaurants in Sanctuary Point. The hotel staff are very nice. I would stay there again if visiting the area.

Smell from cleaning chemicals, window only opened slightly, toilet seat loose and flopping around. Toilet seat hit’s toilet roll I guess that’s why it’s loose

Dirty. Paper thin walls, could hear other guests. Wouldn’t recommend.

Super helpful staff and a quick and easy remote check in process. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Great location, close to everything we needed.

It was a bit of a hassle that there was no reception at the accommodation. I was trying to contact 3 numbers that were provided at the front of the place but no answer. About 10 minutes before I got a callback but it was a stressful 10 minutes as it was 7.40 pm and I didn't know if we were being able to have accommodation for that night. They should have told us the process of checking in earlier it would be a much easier and less stressful process. I asked to be checked out at 11am and it was approved but the cleaner didn't get a message and use a code then came in our room around 10.30 am again it was a very weird that someone could just come into a room without any warning.

The stressful check-in process and very poor communication between the receptionist and the cleaner. It was showing that it would be a bar or restaurant but there is not as advertised. The place was cleaned but it needs a proper carpet clean in the place. It smelt bad in the hallway. But the room is really clean!

location, building and interaction with property. I phoned the property and when she realised the prices on booking were lower than the actual room rate, she proceeded to increase the room rate while having me on the phone.Luckily I was quicker.
