Bed is bit hard

Great location right off the main strip. Right near the food vans and Mart which was super convenient. About a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlift. Plenty of gear storage space and the buffet breakfast was a welcome addition.

Unfortunately the staff were unengaged and generally lacked a high level of service. The majority of staff were young kids and were visibly uninterested and/or awkward. You'd expect a warm welcome and warm goodbyes at the very least, which we failed to receive. We asked well in advance to book 2 rooms close to each other, however were given rooms 3 floors apart. The water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold which is certainly unpleasant after a long day on the slopes. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

Good Location. God room size. Plentiful breakfast. Good service at arrival and departure.

No sauna or hot tub. No guest bar. No coffee except breakfast. Could have make more for socializing for guests.
