The staff .....this one girl with glasses didn't help and i had a hard time hearing her, she took forever to get us a room, I kept asking her if there was a problem for the reason she was taking long she ignored me then I tried telling her that I had my reservations she still was rude kept ignoring me and was just on the phone talking to someone and looking at the computer then she charged my card and didn't ask me if I was paying with cash or card and just charged my card then she gave me a room and had to go back to her cause the remote control wasn't working and she said all she can do is change a room I had asked her does this room have a microwave cause I am semi handicapped and I need a microwave she was no sorry I can't help you with that again didn't understand why not, this is the last time I stay here also you have to pay for your ice couldn't believe it.

When arriving beds were not done. Needed to tell receptionist. Received new key for different room number. Sheets were dirty with bed bugs. Restroom also dirty. Room was not cleaned. Beds were booked for queen size. Beds ended up being size full.

not much to like if I’m honest except that it was a reasonable price

neighbors on both sides were having marital problems not hiding it from anyone. they were fighting all night it seemed. worse was that the room didn’t have any towels for the guest - or maybe just my room. I went to the front desk twice asking for some and both times the guy at the front said he would bring me some to my room and never did. there is also a wide gap on the door that let all the cold air from outside in so the room was freezing

3rd visit here,has always been great but could've been better especially on business thing's should've been ready upon arrival for this visit.

Here on business planned trip confirmed before and day of so room would be ready., Lights weren't all working and Switches broken, hanging.Our Towels 2 for showering only..No wash cloths or hand towels and or one for the floor.I went to the office the Tall Slim Male Staff With a Mustache said he would bring them yet Didn't ask Rm # I gave it to him..Never came.Not enough pillows this time.Sheet didn't cover fully..Very Disappointed and bad for business.Phones Don't work.in rooms. Called on my cell.Nobody picks up.

The leaking Shower head Was reported immidiaetly still wasnt fixed for the whole 8 days stay!

I did not appreciate the staff and how they were in humane to resolving my complaint about the disturbance to my wife and I with the next door guest fighting and banging on the walls and waking up my pregnant wife and triggering her ptsd from her past domestic spousal abuse and the effectiveness it could take on our unborn child.

The guy at the reception was really rude, he is never there and there is always a sign saying that the manager will be back in 30 min but he never does, and if you knock on the glass after waiting 30 min he comes out form the back very pissed, with a very bad attitude he yell at you.. room was just ok
