very nice apartment in the city center. very friendly host, easy to communicate with and easy to check in.

if it would have been hotter (during our stay around 28°, so no problem for us) an air-conditioning would be nice.

Fine location and comfortable, spacious apartment

Some water and coffee in the apartment would have been nice.

Andreas met my sister and cousin near the apartment with the keys and explained everything to them, while we went to park the car. The apartment was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable and the location was excellent - opposite there is a Carrefour Express mini market, coffee shops and shops selling fresh bread and delicious pastries. Also opposite is a hairdresser and next door is a beautician. Easo parking garage, though quite expensive is round the block - but we were offered cheaper parking some blocks away. The location is very near to shops, Concha beach and the Old Town with all the tapas bars and restaurants.

Our communication with Andrea was excellent - and the check-in went smoothly and she was very helpful and communicative on our way into town. If you are driving, you'll have to park in a loading zone on the street or find paid parking - not easy on a busy weekday. We opted for Andrea's suggested parking lot in a hotel about a 12-minute walk south, so we paid extra, but less than a public parking lot, and we had a key to the garage, so we could come and go as we pleased. It's worth the added charge. The location is great - a 10-minute walk to the beach, and near lots of good restaurants, shopping, and parking. A very safe and secure neighborhood too. This historic (100-year-old-plus) apartment has been totally renovated with modern windows, appliances, and bathroom.

The apartment is on the second floor on a busy street, so naturally, it is pretty loud from the passing traffic, lots of it commercial. There is no air conditioning, so it's extra noisy when the windows are open. However, this apartment has been completely renovated, so the windows are extra-special and when closed, it's fairly quiet.

excellent location, beautiful decor

The localization is perfect, I think 5min walk from the beach. Apartament spaceful, clean & tidy. The owner was amazing to help me arrange taxi company arrival for the whole two weeks (as I'm not spanish-speaker). Communication was great and quick. I recommend.

Cost

The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in slightly early. The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is light and spacious.

The location is approximately 10 minutes walk from the beach and the historic old town.
