Location. Location was amazing right Im the town centre. Staff are so nice and friendly. We would stay again if these items below were available .

Air Con wasn’t powerful enough. No Air Con in Living Area, that would have been nice to be there also. Was hot in this room and there is a sofa bed there to sleep so was quite warm. Due to no air con in that room we hung around the bedrooms mostly. The shower pressure was not good, only some water coming out of the holes in shower head. The tap in bath is loose. No toiletries. And only 1 paper roll left for 5 people. We bought ourselves some. Needs some renovating of the items above mentioned.

Very central-located, in the heart of belgrade. The hotel was renovated in an older building, room facility were as expected. Front desk staff very friendly.

Location was perfect. Guy at the reception was friendly and helpful! Internet was good, room was nicely warm and bed was comfortable.

When I booked this apartment, I tought that I will stay in the main building, but than at the day of my arrival they said that they upgraded me with a bigger suite which was in another building. That was fine, but that new “upgraded” suite was nothing similar to those on photos. Somehow, overall experience was not pleasant because there were construction workers in the building, door of the apartment was so thin that I could hear everything from oustide of my “suite”. Smell from the bathroom and from room was awful, and It was hard to deal with it. Sunblinds/Curtains didn’t work, so there was no privacy in the room. As well there is broken heating machine which doesn’t have any function since there is heating from the floor. So that machine which is really physically broken, should be removed from the room.
