Lo mejor del alojamiento fue irnos

Nos echo a la calle. Sin motivo aparente y me robó unas zapatillas.

La ubicación es muy buena si quieres patear la ciudad.

El recibimiento no fue muy agradable, imaginamos que por algún problema, ajeno a nosotros. Nos tocó una habitación que no tenía cerradura. Y por suerte no llevábamos nada de valor para poder dejar nuestras pertenencias allí sin problema. Nos faltaron toallas, que no nos pusieron.

La ubicación. La cama y la almohada eran cómodas y tanto la habitación como los baños estaban muy limpios. El wifi funcionaba bien. Los baños eran modernos aunque los enchufes estaban colocados en lugares poco prácticos.

Habitación doble (con camas individuales) con balcón y baño compartido: Es un 4º piso antiguo que está siendo reformado como alojamiento turístico, por tanto si tienes problemas de movilidad o vas cargado con maletas difícil acceder a él. La habitación estaba en proceso de ser reformada por tanto no teníamos luz ya que no había interruptor, nos dejaron una lámpara de noche, insuficiente, para alumbrar la habitación. Las ventanas eran viejas y el cristal aunque no estaba roto, estaba agrietado; las contraventanas de madera no cerraban del todo, no se ajustaban y no había manera de mantenerlas atadas ni con una cuerda ya que les faltaba el enganche, por tanto, entraba mucha luz y sobre todo mucho frío. Fuimos en octubre y con 7ºC de mínima en la calle, el calefactor eléctrico que había en la habitación no calentaba absolutamente nada, por lo que en la habitación no era nada agradable estar. La habitación dispone de una mesa pequeña colocada delante de un espejo pero no tiene ni un perchero ni un sitio donde poder dejar la ropa, por tanto si vas con equipaje un poco voluminoso no hay donde dejar las cosas. Se oye el ruido de la calle. Era sábado y se oía a la gente de fiesta y dentro del piso si la gente no anda con cuidado se oye todo (aunque esto se puede solucionar con unos buenos tapones). Por el momento nuestra opinión es que no es nada aconsejable este alojamiento a menos que termine la reforma y mejore aspectos tan básicos como poder cerrar una ventana, no morir de frío en otoño - invierno y tener luz en el techo.

Mentxu was super friendly and was very attentive. She showed us around when we got there so we knew where everything was and what we could use. The kitchen was very nice and updated, and we used it quite a few times during our stay to keep food in the refrigerator and to heat up food in the microwave. The bigger bathroom was very nicely updated as well. Our room didn't have a window, but we had a nice fan which helped keep us comfortable at night while sleeping.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and there wasn't a way to set the sprayer in a bracket or anything, so it took a little while to shower. However, this was a relatively minor issue. Also, the place is on the fourth floor, which means a lot of stairs, but we knew this before booking and it really isn't anything that can be easily changed. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and especially with the host, who was so friendly and helpful!

The location is good, and the place was clean.

The room we were given didn't have any windows, and the only light was a flickering white bulb which wasn't relaxing at all. The communal areas also didn't have any windows.

I'm going to keep it short here - I never write reviews.... but this is just something out of space. Just read the Tripadvisor reviews and the bad ones here and you get an idea what kind of situation you may be facing here. The most mindblowingly idiotic experience ever with an accomodation. Whatever they may comment here, it is something they entirely just made up in their mind and buildt upon that. Avoid like the plague... you will probably have a better experience sleeping at the train station...
