The staff are amazing,friendly and helpful. The Animals are a real treat to see as well.

Loadshedding

Ambiance.

Roadsheding. There is need for a standby generator

A bit out of the way of the city, but easily accessible by Uber.

The breakfast was not good, and the amount of food is very little, the breakfast room is very nice and clean. The food needs attention in my opinion

Load shedding

The breakfast was the saving grace, the person making it was wonderful and it was delicious. they property was very clean.

If you have an early flight good luck. I missed my flight check in because they locked the gate and went home so, you can’t exit the property. We had to phone someone to open the gate, and they came from home to the property. The room had 2 king beds with only 1 towel, they had sugar and creamer but no tea or coffee. The eco drain smells in the room and they didn’t give a lantern or any light during load shedding so, you have to make a plan in the dark.

They were so assistant took care of partner who was early than me to check in..And I am greatful everything else was great it was raining but .. Loadshadding as well ey tried to orgiise lights for us ..

Generator was not working so for 2 hours we were in the dark with candle and aauto light..... Staying in. First rooms 1-11 not good it too noicey , foodstaps from ppl moving from dinning hall to reception sides..we woke up very early the group was living around 6

Recently stayed at the Lodge after arriving to Joburg airport after a 24 hr flight. Was picked up by Judy at midnight - felt safe and secure! Monica cooked a lovely hot breakfast in the morning, despite load shedding. Thomas and Rodney also very helpful at the front desk. Was happily surprised at the lush grounds of the airport lodge, was very quiet even though close to airport. Overall, a perfect spot for transit.

Wish there was a vending machine to buy some food at! Although Judy offered to stop so I could pick something up.

Always like the game and the facilities are great.

Couldn’t hire a bike which was frustrating as I didn’t have a car. Just to go to some local shops.
