On The Beach 3 huge bedroom. Stunning Views Of Carlingford Bay
Este apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece las mejores vistas de la bahía de Carlingford. Está ubicado justo al lado del hotel Balmoral, que cuenta con un excelente restaurante / bistró y un fabuloso pub irlandés.
Ocupa los 2 pisos superiores de una hermosa casa victoriana de 4 pisos que fue cuidadosamente renovada en 2015. La planta baja está ocupada por oficinas con entrada propia. El impresionante pasillo de vidrieras es utilizado exclusivamente por los 2 apartamentos de vacaciones. Si se alquilan juntos, pueden dormir 12 personas, perfectos para eventos y reuniones.
El salón de planta abierta, el comedor y la cocina están inundados de luz y está tan cerca de la playa que se siente como si estuviera en un barco. El dormitorio principal tiene un pequeño gran baño. La habitación doble tiene un baño grande al lado. Las camas individuales se pueden juntar para crear una cama king. En la planta superior hay un cuarto de baño y un amplio dormitorio con una cama doble, una cama individual y una cama para silla. Este dúplex es perfecto para familias o grupos de hasta 8 personas.
El apartamento dispone de wifi gratis.
Toallas de playa, cubos y palas, caja de picnic son proporcionados.
Frente a la propiedad hay una piscina de agua de mar y la oficina de reservaciones para la aventura de la costa este que ofrece senderos para bicicletas de montaña, canotaje, piragüismo, escalada en roca y mucho más.
El hotel Balmoral está al lado y nuestros huéspedes pueden optar por desayunar allí si lo desean. El hotel Whistledown está a 3 puertas. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes a poca distancia a pie.

Nice property, very well equipped. Owner is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Amazing view from the living room and short walk to Warrenpoint center.

We had the best stay! Our host was responsive and our welcome basket provided everything we needed for our breakfast each day. The apartment is convenient to all of Warrenpoint and it has an amazing view. We hope to come again!

Great central location, loads of space for the family. Views over warrenpoint are fab to wake up to each morning! Toys for kids to play. Cafe below ideal for cakes etc! All the facilities you could require under one roof dishwasher, washing machine!
Few point if you struggle to climb flights of stairs this property is not for you! Door handle in main bathroom needs fixing kept getting locked in! Also bit of draft from hallway door downstairs being left open all day! A lot of old food in kitchen which we wouldn’t use although some may see this as a plus! Also in need of new cups and plates as all chipped! Could also do with a welcome pack of instructions i.e. where to put bins etc!
But my points did not affect our stay and as said great all round property would stay again !

Warrenpoint is a quaint and beautiful place to stay. The flat was nicely appointed, pictures are completely accurate and Julie is wonderful to deal with. The local laundromat is perfect since we were out and about every day and didn't want to be tied down doing laundry in the unit:) The Balmoral restaurants are right next door and the food is wonderful; the Whistledown is a block away and offers more variety and is also very good too. Overall a wonderful time and if we head back that way, will certainly stay again!

Our family of 6 loved this property. We had loads of space to spread out in this beautifully decorated home. Three bathrooms was a first for us in our 8 weeks of travel and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the location right on the beach and close to amazing walking trails. The beach toys were a great bonus as well as were the little extras like bread and coffee and milk, etc upon our arrival. Julie was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

vue extraordinaire et logement spacieux
très bel appartement, spacieux, très bien entretenu, accès aux commerces à proximité à pied, par contre pas de place de parking et appartement en bord de route donc un peu de bruit de voitures du coté du salon par contre les chambres sont très bien insonorisées, petite attention lors de notre arrivée avec des bougies allumées dans les pièces à vivre...très chaleureux.
