- The staff members were friendly and helpful. - Quiet place.

- Balcony was dirty. - door lock was broken. Key kept jamming every time I left. Nobody came to fix it. Very irritating and time wasted on nothing. - They don’t change towels for whatever reason. - Minibar had only two small bottles of still water and two of sparkling water. - Not really as advertised. I would say this would barely pass as a 3* place.

The garden and pool space, and the room. The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also, the location was great and the staff was very nice.

Beautiful location next to the sea with wonderful views. Hotel was very smart and we had a gorgeous room with fabulous views and a huge balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside.

Property and location excellent. The bar is open for long periods of time but not manned by staff so you end up waiting up to 1 hour for service which was disappointing however the restaurant service is outstanding as is the food. Worth while stay.

Lots of steps for lady on a walking stick

The location is very convenient, just next to the village facilities and shops, and to the bus stop. Nice sea water pool and thermal water pool, and spa. With half board, you can choose lunch or dinner any day, the food is good and the staff is very kind.

Not the hotel's fault, but being so near the main street is both a blessing and a curse: very convenient to get everywhere, but also pretty noisy. Though, you don't go to Ischia to stay stuck in an hotel, so it's not a major issue.

Highly recommend this excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and we walked to town to shop, relax and enjoy the beautiful harbor area.

Breakfast was not good. We requested a big bed, they just stuck two twin beds together - which is not ok for a 4 star hotel.

I was visiting Hotel Villa Svizzera Terme at the beginning of October. The weather is lovely at this period. Hotel is situated in a quiet location near the sea. The territory is big and very green. The staff was quite nice and friendly. I liked the breakfast as well. One of the reasons why I choose this hotel was the SPA, but unfortunately it is available only till 13:00, so I didn't try it because I've arrived in a hotel at 14:00 and only for one night. They also have a thermal pool with a hot water, but in the room wasn't any bathrobes and slippers, when I asked the receptionist, she told me that they're finished. So I think that a hotel that positions itself as a SPA-hotel must provide the guests with a necessary things.

Very good location, great setting, nice outdoor pool and indoor thermal pool. Same nice staff as years ago when I stayed there first. Good dinners as I remembered them. Simple but very tasty food.

I was staying there for a week and would have appreciated a nicer room. I got one wake-up call by mistake at 4:30 am in the morning which was absolutely avoidable. Breakfast could have a better selection of Italian meat cuts and cheeses.
