You get what you pay for. Waste sorting was the best I've seen on Sicily. Good collection of cooking pots and frying pans. Location. The fridge was of a good size and there was a freezer. WiFi worked good.

I have a mixed feelings about the company that runs it. Apt was 3 bedrooms, but they would only prepare sheets based on number of people; it was not possible to use contact-less payment in their office (old terminal). I first payed for an extra person amount A, then got a refund B after that person never stayed with me, A > B. The apt had a weird smell. I think it comes from the pipes. Sound isolation is poor - if your Italian neighbors are having dinner, you will be part of the conversation.

Staff were helpful and quickly resolved electrical/gas issue with oven by replacing it View is very beautiful Location- close to Zingaro and 25 minute walk to Scopello

Very inefficient key collection. Have to meet staff in downtown castellemarre, who then drive ahead of you to the apartment. Depending on where you're driving from this can be a real headache and a lot more time driving to have to enter the city and find parking etc, only to then drive out to the apartment (about 20 minutes drive from city). It would be a lot easier to just meet staff closer to the apartment such as in scopello. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The double bed is just two single beds pushed together Very ill equipped for cooking and eating- No toaster, kettle, proper knives, wine glasses Shower and sink don't drain properly. Overall not the best value for money, especially given all the issues above and lack of basic facilities.

There is beautiful beach under the suite, it is cca 300m downhill, what means that you have to go up when you return from the beach. It is small beach, so i do not know how it looks like during the season.The beach is not accesible by puschchair.

The walls are like from paper because you hear the noise from other suites. The location is quiet but if you have neighbours you should be ready for the noise.

There was a terrace with an astonishing view toward the sea: I could spend hours looking at that view. The apartment was simple but spacious, the kitchen was good and the recycling tiles were clear and well explained. The staff was very helpful: we arrived with a late check-in and they helped us not only to get to the property, but also gave us a lot of useful information about the area and helped us booking the COVID test before the flight back.

The first morning after the arrival, some neighbours decided to start cutting the grass and doing renovations to their house very early in the morning, but it was just a single incident and it didn’t happen again.

Superb spot. The apartment was one of four on nice grounds just a short walk to a very secluded beach (two really) and a short drive both to the village of Scopello and Zingaro reserve.

Nothing really. It would have been nice to have a few condiments (oil, salt, etc) but this is a very minor concern.
