Clean, spacious property with great view

The property has a breathtaking view of the port and town with a very nice pool. The one bedroom apartment (with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room) was nicely decorated and clean. We had a small kitchen equipped with basic appliances, complimentary water, coffee, sugar and tea. The suite had a living room, one bathroom, a dinning room and two efficient AC units. Our favorite feature was the view from the suite. The unit has three double doors in the living room that lead to an exterior patio with furniture (an exterior sofa with chairs, and a breakfast table). The patio was right in front of the large pool and covered. There is a very nice restaurant at the bottom of the hill and a convenient sea bus that goes to town every 30 minutes until 11pm or so (2€ one way per person).

The hotel is up in a steep hill (10% grade). Be ready to walk up and down the hill, or rent your own transportation to save the effort (rental cars and quads are a available at the bottom of the hill). The hotel can schedule a car pick up from the port, but the car ride is literally 5 minutes and is 40€. A scheduled transfer from the hotel to the airport is 50€. The island has less that 40 taxes so it’s very difficult to get them. Transportations apps like “I move” very expensive and tricky.

Everything perfect

The view was simply fantastic from our private infinity pool.

There were many basic articles missing in the kitchen for cooking. So don't count on cooking comfortably during your stay....

Beautiful view and very comfortable and clean. Stelios, the only staff, was very attentive to our needs. Convenient location : just opposite the new port where we can take the ferries to the other islands.

The kitchen was not very well equipped but that’s probably a small detail when everything else was just perfect. The road up to the property was SO steep - make sure you’re comfortable driving 45 degree-slopes : up AND down !

Brilliant views and good size rooms. Friendly staff. Close to local beach and ferry.

Very steep hill up to hotel. No airport transfer (due to Covid), so had to arrange own taxi. No pool service so need to walk to local market to buy drinks.

The property is located bit far from the hustle of the town and quiet uphill. You need to catch a breath after the climb. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. Very homely and family centric location. Super Market is nearby so you can try a hands on cooking some authentic Greek.

Big minus was the Internet and the tap water
