Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Villa Ruth. Spacious,bright, comfortable & well maintained accommodation with the added bonus of a private pool. Ruth & daughter picked us up at our drop-off point & also gave us a lift to the supermarket, which was much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in booking Villa Ruth in the future.

Villa was great and very clean. Pool was a bit cold but would be great in the high of summer months. Great location. Very peaceful would definitely go back

We really enjoyed our fortnight at Villa Ruth. The booking process was simple and communication with the property managers was quick, friendly and efficient. Ruth met us on arrival and showed us around the villa. Throughout our stay she was easily contactable and very quick to sort out the one small issue we had. The property was clean and well appointed and we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The villa is in a very quiet part of Playa Blanca but it is a decent walk to the centres. We love walking so it was no problem for us but it took us around 25 mins to get to the old town and around 30 mins to get to the Marina. There is a small supermarket about 15 mins walk away but the big one is at the far end of the old town. We had a car so it was not a problem. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly consider Villa Ruth again should we return to Playa Blanca

This villa is ideal for a family of four or more with its vast amount of space and above average size pool. Nonetheless two of us wallowed in loads of room. It's unfortunate that our car could not be parked on the driveway because of the very high kerb at the entrance.

From the moment we arrived and greeted by the owner Ruth to the day we left we had a great stay. The villa is spacious, modern, well kept and spotless clean. Everything we needed was there even down to blankets so we could still sit outside when the evening got a little chilly. I would definitely recommend this property and definitely visit again. Ruth welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know. The villa is beautiful with modern appliances and a welcoming decor,certainly more than big enough for six adults. Probably the most comfortable beds we have had in our travels. The outside area is private and quiet so we found it very relaxing. The pool was lovely although it did become quite cloudy by the end of our stay due to a day of heavy rain fall. The area is far enough away from playa Blanca to be quiet but only €3:50 cab journey and you are enjoying beautiful restaurants and the stunning marina. Would definitely recommend.

Villa was perfect, beautiful island will definately return in the future. We didn't hire a car but I would definately next time pick up at the airport and for supermarket runs. Although the supermarket was a pleasant walk but struggled back with the shopping

Very nice villa. Plenty room for a large family pool very good and kept very clean. The walk into town is more than twenty mins more like fourty.

We had a great holiday at Villa Ruth! We arrived late at night and there was a welcome pack there with some essentials that we required. The villa was beautiful with everything you would need and very very clean. The pool area and barbecue area were fantastic. The villa is in a more secluded and quiet residential area away from the huddle and bustle of the beach front which meant you were able to relax. We didn’t hire a car, however the walk to the beach front was very pleasant and flat and only takes 15-20 minutes. A taxi to the villa from the shop near the main street was only €4 so we felt that a car wasnt a necessity. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday, special thanks to Ruth for being very helpful and accommodating. Honestly couldn’t have been better! Highly recommended.

The villa from booking to leaving was absolutely first class service. Special mention to Ruth who was there to meet us and guide us throughout our stay, Ruth is very responsive and as good a host you could wish to meet. The Villa is extremely clean with every amenity you require. The easy walk into the main restaurant area is around 20-25 minutes and taxis are really good value. The pool is a really good size with ample sunbeds and towels. I have stayed in many villas but this one is right up there as one of the best and I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. We hired a car not much difference in price to a return taxi and worth it for stocking up on groceries to save you multiple trips of carrying back bags, driving is very easy there. We just got back from our holiday and are already checking dates for our next visit to Villa Ruth. The Villa is large, bright and impeccably furnished. There's nothing else you could possibly ask for. The ground floor area is perfect for teens to have their own space, the pool is large and welcoming. Ruth also left a lovely welcome gift of biscuits, jam and other goodies which was very much appreciated. A car is not necessary. It's a 20 minute walk in to town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Stay away from salads at the Gondola though, unless you like chopped up crab sticks on top of tinned pineapple, topped off with a dollop of mayonnaise with paprika... The amazing Papagaya beach is a good 50/60 minute but very pleasurable walk away. Well worth a visit.

Villa RUTH was a lovely villa. We had a couple of issues whilst there but Ruth was very quick in sorting it and was brilliant in her communication with us. There wasnt a mid fortnight clean but we washed our own bedding and towels. Was told later if you want the clean to ask but iv never had to ask in our villa holidays before. The villa is a superb holiday home with everything you could want/need to make your holiday fantastic. It was impeccably clean also. We have stayed in the area 4 times before and usually stay across the road but our usual villa was already booked so found Villa Ruth. I have to say it would be our first choice villa now if the price was ok. Villa RUTH is a semi detached villa but we only heard some minimal noise early morning due to them having little children but it never became too much. We always hire a car from the airport for one day and drive to the villa and do the first big shop and stock up for the 2 weeks. Take it back to the harbour car rental. It is about a 30 min leisurely walk to the new Marina and about 20 mins will see you hit the main front promanade.

First time I had stayed in a villa and how lovely it was. Villa was really clean and spacious and a very homely feel. Would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Ruth - we arrived a little early and Ruth and her team were tidying up following the previous tenants and she immediately made us feel welcome, answering all our questions and making sure we had what we needed. The villa itself is beautiful with a big pool, with plenty of room for sun lounging, plus two separate outdoor areas for dinner and/or drinks! The front room is spacious with a nice leather sofa and the kitchen has all you need. I think this villa could actually sleep about 8 people! Myself and my fiance rented it just the two of us though, so we didnt need to make any use of the huge downstairs area which also has extra bedrooms, TV area etc It is about a 25 minute walk to the main Playa Blanca area, which can feel a little long, but nice in the sun and you're probably not in a rush on holiday anyway! Taxi's are cheap and incredibly fast to pick you up, so that's the option we used a lot of the time. Overally a wonderful place with a lovely owner, would definitely recommend and use again if we return to Lanzarote.
