Bienvenido a Villa Orlaya, nuestro muy querido 'cielo en la tierra', hogar y hogar. Hemos decorado y equipado esta villa más allá de lo que normalmente se espera en una casa de vacaciones. Con decoración azul y blanca en todo; Hemos prestado atención a cada detalle. Con una familia joven propia, también hay provisional para los más pequeños; Una cuna, monitor, portón de escalera, asiento Bumbo y trona. Hay varios espacios exteriores, una hermosa área de barbacoa con mirador de piedra, dos áreas de patio en la planta baja y áreas de piscina circundantes para tumbonas. Las escaleras al lado de la villa conducen a otro patio privado con una mesa de vidrio y cuatro sillas. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcones con vistas increíbles y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

The villa was the most amazing villa we have ever stayed in. The location was fabulous and we enjoyed the views across the bays and out to Albania. You could not fault one thing. Thank you for the most magical stay in this luxury villa.

I just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous villa with my sister and a friend and it was incredible. The reality of the villa and its location were more magical than the pictures on the website suggested. The infinity pool was maintained at a perfect temperature and our favourite times were spent resting our heads on the infinity edge and looking at the incredible vistas of Albania and Corfu in the distance and Kalami Bay and its village below. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-stocked but we "lived" on the pool deck. The driving instructions from the airport sent by Alex were perfect and a god-send for newbies to Corfu like us. I am not sure we would have made it out of Corfu Town without them! If you are contemplating a villa stay in Corfu, I can whole-heartedly recommend Villa Orlaya. It will make your holiday.

The villa is absolutely beautiful with everything we needed for the perfect stay. The views were amazing and we enjoyed our afternoons relaxing by the pool. We ventured out to Corfu Town, visited numerous beaches and enjoyed a fabulous 8 hour private boat trip. We enjoyed meals out but also enjoyed cooking in the villa and spending time together. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your gorgeous property 😊

This villa is immaculate with fantastic facilities and veiws. Beautifully decorated and the manager and cleaner were very good and very helpful. Would not hesitate to book this villa again. Information left by the host with regards to places to eat and things to see and do was very informative.

Family of 4 stayed in Apr 23 - amazing Villa with incredible views. Tons of space, well equipped, nicely decorated and clean throughout. Armando (Property Manager) was very helpful and available for any questions. Heated pool was still quite cold this time of year but we were unfortunate with the weather, it would be amazing in the summer. Lots of nice local towns and taverns with useful recommendations in the info pack. Highly recommended overall

Quite simply the villa is stunning and the view is mesmerising, the cleanliness a high standard and location superb for local amenities. We didn’t hire a car but i would recommend it as we found the walks quite tiring in the heat.
We took our three 18 + daughters and it’s definitely a holiday of a lifetime for us, could not have been better.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Orlaya. The accommodation is fantastic and the location is stunning. We enjoyed exploring the local area. I’d say that a car rental is a must if you want to get out and about, although you could just spend a week lying around the pool and soaking up the view!

The most amazing views and sunsets in a stunning location. The house is well appointed and equipped - it was perfect for our group. The property manager Armando really went above and beyond to help and sort out the wifi when it went down. The house is very well equipped and spotlessly clean

Very nice house, nice bed and bath rooms and swimming pool. Very beautiful view to the sea. Everything was perfect and like to thank the local support team for their support. We had fantastic 2 weeks

Fantastic villa with a stunning view.
Communication with Alex was excellent and the villa was exactly as described. The shower room has been renovated too with lovely pebble floor. Pool was perfect for our two year old to develop his confidence and to look at the yachts anchored in kalami bay. The house manager Armando was excellent too, he and his wife speak very good English and were on hand to help/offer some advice where needed. We would highly recommend villa orlaya for its privacy too, while still close enough to pop into town (kassiopi) for dinner

Villa Orlaya
We love this area of Corfu and Villa Orlaya made for a very comfortable and enjoyable break.
The Villa had everything we needed, providing breath-taking views, wonderful pool and outdoor furniture.
The Sonos sound system was great fun allowing us to enjoy music whilst lounging by or in the pool.
Alex and Siobhan were always prompt to answer any queries and Armando was a pleasure to deal with.
Like many others who have visited before I would have no hesitation returning.

My husband and I were at Villa Orlaya in mid September. After looking at many houses to rent for the week, we were fortunate to find Villa Orlaya available at relatively short notice. Alex was extremely quick in reponding not just to our initial inquiry, but to any questions we had. In general, the property was fantastic. The location was perfect. While it was our first time in Corfu, we’ve stayed in many rentals in many parts of the world, and I don’t think we’ve ever had such a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Orlaya and enjoyed the well-equipped house, the very clean pool and the amazing view very much. Shortly before our visit the owner (Alex) sent us a comprehensive "manual" for the house, its surroundings and especially many useful recommendations for restaurants, shops and visits. The house is looked after by Armando and Nertilla who are both very kind and helpful. Many thanks to all of them!

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and all the essentials needed to cook a meal at home. The pool (very clean) has the most incredible view and was the perfect temperature. Great barbecue grill for evening meals. Glorious week in Greece
We had the most wonderful week in Villa Orlaya, it’s like a little slice of heaven. Such a relaxing setting with incredible views and the perfect antidote to 2020. We wish we’d not had to come home at the end of our week’s stay. We’ll definitely visit again.

Amazing!
Beautiful villa - just as wonderful as it looks in the pictures. Lovely to have a big sitting room that spills out onto the pool and outdoor seating areas. The views are STUNNING - in fact the kids got fed up of me mentioning it! Luckily a lot fo local tavernas etc were still open so we enjoyed some great meals out and the best move was definitely hiring a boat for a day to chug up and down the coastline, stopping off in various bays and swimming in the beautiful sea. Also, a great trip down to Corfu Town for a day - hiring bikes and cycling around. Mostly though jsut hanging out around the pool and dancing (badly) to the Sonos! Oh - and 27 degrees and sunny everyday in late October - what a treat!

Outstanding Villa in Spectacular Location
This fantastic villa provided a best ever holiday experience. The property was spacious, with areas for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade, with spectacular sea views from all vantage points. It was close to lovely bays in Kalami and Agni. There are many excellent restaurants in the area. Our favourite was the Eucalyptus Seaside Taverna, among others. Our only problem was an unfortunate loss of internet access for most of our stay, resulting in a bill for getting tangled up with Albania .

One of the best
Having stayed in some stunning villas for the last 15 years villa Orlaya has to be the best we have stayed in. The 180degree sea view is mesmerising, no photographs can do it justice. The villa has been finished to a very high standard and the local team looked after us extremely well. We would recommend this villa.

A beautiful, well-equipped villa in a fantastic location.
Our second visit to Villa Orlaya and everything, and more, that we remembered from last time. The view is amazing and the villa is close to all the excellent tavernas in NE Corfu. The BBQ was also well-used during our stay - enjoying the warm evenings and peaceful outlook. The information booklet that we received prior to our visit was very useful and instructions for arrival were clear and worked perfectly! Very helpful and friendly property manager on site. Suffering post holiday blues now - lucky we have another visit to Orlaya next year to cheer us up!

Perfect villa with amazing views
We had a great time in Villa Orlaya and loved the brightness and space which grants a lot of comfort even on rainy days. It’ s so relaxing just sitting on the terasse or in the pool and to enjoy the great view over the sea and boat traffic in the bay!
This was not our first stay in north east Corfu but we discovered a lot of lovely new places, beaches and tavernas near the villa.
Armando and Netilla were great to have it all cleaned and maintained and to help with all needs and questions we had.

Amazing villa with incredible views
We stayed at Villa Orlaya during April 2019 and the property is beautiful. The first thing that hits you is the incredible views across the bay towards the Albanian mountains. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and has everything one could possibly need.
The property owner, Alex, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property is looked after by Armando and Netilla who are both very friendly and helpful and do an excellent job with the maintenance and cleaning.
Although during our stay the weather wasn't great, the heated pool made all the difference for the kids. We loved using the villa as our home from home whilst exploring the wonderful bays and beaches that Corfu has to offer.

Amazing view with relaxing setting

Villa Orlaya is simply beautiful
Villa Orlaya is perfectly situated for enjoying the NE coast of Corfu and all the small bays and tavernas in the area. It is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and very well equipped - the perfect place to relax. The view is spectacular - with binoculars supplied for an even closer look! What's not to love??!!

Simply the best!
Our third visit to this fabulous villa which probably says it all! The villa and pool are exceptional. This, combined with the best views on a beautiful island, make for a wonderful holiday. I would recommend Villa Orlaya unreservedly, perfect!

Excellent villa in stunning setting on Corfu!
Very nice villa with a 'at home' feeling. We spend our lazy afternoons in and at the swimming pool enjoying the views. We also rented a boat in Agni which is a really nice way to explore the north part of the island as well as enjoy some of the nice tavernas in the various bays

Beautiful villa in a perfect spot.
Very helpful owner and the comprehensive information provided for the villa was very useful.
The house itself is in an ideal spot with great views. It is well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, the thoughtful owners really seem to have thought of everything! The fly screens were a real bonus and for once in Greece we slept in a comfortable bed (we find most Greek mattresses to be rather 'rock like'!).
Great loungers too and glass balcony made the most of the lovely views. Armando and Nurtila who look after the property are also very friendly, helpful and informative, real assets to the property. Overall one of the best villas we have stayed in.

Mesmerising Views
We have just returned after a wonderful fortnight in Villa Orlaya. The villa and pool are exceptionally clean and well looked after. Armando and his wife were extremely helpful during our stay and kept the pool and villa clean - we even had our own Villa Orlaya towels! The view is mesmerising and on a clear day can see Albania and Corfu Town. Watching the boats and cruise ships go by was wonderful. Even though we stayed out of season there were some restaurants and boat hire places open. The weather was superb for the whole 14 days. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of a 'get away' from it all holiday. We didn't want to leave and I am sure we will be booking again. North East Corfu with all the coves and bays to explore is really pretty.
