Great rooms with great view, comfortable beds and great breakfast

wellness with limited capacity, not a real jacuzzi and too small for the amour of rooms/guests in the property

quiet location, nice view and a nice terrace, a new building in a good state, I particularly like the sheep, goats and horses being in the surroundings and visible from our room.

it would be useful to get international tv channels or an easier hdmi connection option to plus your own device, if you don’t speak Czech, it’s pretty useless. The wellness area is new and clean but only one sauna could be used (the finish one), the steam one was badly set up and it couldn’t be entered due to the high temperature and strong steam. Besides bowling there is not much to do, we missed having other options when the weather is bad. As to the location, it could be better signalled from the main road,

View from the back porch was nice. And kids play ground was also good, farm animals were the plus for kids.

Room was small and not with the view they promises to. Also windows were very dirty, room was very small even for 2 people. Breakfast was okay, but nearly same both days. reception person couldn't speak English so it was hard to communicate.

Location is great, away from the crowds of Špindlerův Mlýn. Excellent for the people who like to enjoy a mountain walk and to relax. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, although you might ask for a room at the back as the restaurant and terrace(front) can maybe be noisy in the evening or morning, especially when there are school holidays and many children around.

Not much. We expected some local beer from the draft after a long day walking. Nothing is wrong with the Pilsner Urquell but we know that there are great local breweries around.

Great place for short break or longer holiday. Worth every penny. EV charger just next to the entrance. We’ll be back for sure.

I liked basically everything. The hotel is located in an amazing area, the facilities are good, the food of the restaurant is amazing (though a bit pricey), and the bedroom was big and comfortable enough for both of us. Totally recommend it!

The only noise we could hear during the night was from other guests the area is exetremely silent during the night. The walls of the bedrooms seems to be paper thin.

Wonderfull breakfast and view to the mountain.

Trough the winter - 27 Celsius of swimming pool, its not enough warm when you cross from outside rooms to the Main building and back. When you not use Sauna and Steam bath, you need the Pool will be more warm, when you was been in the mountain trough the winter day. Sorry but its uncomfortable, expecially for the small children too. May be the dannish and czech people are ok with that, but other people not. But its nice that the whole hotel was very warm space. Practically its must there be some thermometer device on the wall near to pool to show the degrees, like other hotel pools.

wonderful place; great staff. breakfast buffet super great; restaurant for dinner with great choices too. nice, little Spa with saunas and a pool, bowling alley with two lanes, too. Close to the Labska downhill slope, nice walking and cross country skiing nearby too.

only the pillows are little uncomfortable

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good and room was clean.

It wasn't exactly as described " ski to door", quite a walk if can't drive in snow.

Breakfasts were very good. Coffee little bit better, than a standard hotel coffee. Sauna was working only up to 60 degrees. One waitress was pretty edgy all the time, but the rest of the staff was ok. However still not 4* behavior.

the property is nice and modern. the food was good and despite misunderstandings the staff still tried their best. the room was cleaned every day.

upon check-in, we were advised that the xmas dinner and spa were included in the price. The dinner was indeed but not the spa. We had to pay extra for it. it could be better to settle such things beforehand. the price was not damaging but it was just annoying to learn about it during the checkout.

Excellent hotel, with delicious food, great environment, cozy rooms and very friendly staff, in a beautiful area of Czech Republic. I would totally recommend it
