A 3-floor townhouse, recently-renovated to a good standard, in a quiet neighbourhood but just a few minutes walk from beach and town centre with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. The house is clean and bright throughout, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet on the groundfloor. Each room has air conditioning and window shutters, the kitchen is well-equipped and the wifi excellent. We were nicely-greeted by the owner, who was able to be flexible on check-in and departure and was in contact during our stay.

The living room windows are opaque for privacy from the street, although the street is so quiet I'm not sure that this is necessary.

Great communication with João was really good, always answered any questions we had. Really great location, close to buzzing downtown Cascais and the beach (important for my kids). Super handy that there's a washer and dryer, especially when traveling with kids. There's AC which is also great. Crib available for my youngest.

Perfect location. The house is very central with everything around you may need. Very clean and confortable with its 3 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Just perfect for a family trip.

The sheets had been laundered in a very strong smelling detergent though I had indicated at the time of booking that I was highly allergic to this. We had to launder the pillow cases. Very noisy in the historic town area—you have to keep the windows closed at night.

It was very Responsiveness and echo in the apartment.

The house has everything even a washing machine and dryer. The place was extremely clean. I've never had a shower where the water pressure was so strong💪.

Parking is a bit hard if you have a car but joao went out of his way to help us.

Excellent apartment! Actually, it is a 3 floors (+basement) house. It had everything we needed, and João, the host, was very helpful. Everything is new and works well. Electricity network is also new and perfectly works, so you can switch on several heavy devices without a risk to overload the network); that is not always the case in the Cascais center, with old buildings around. The area is indeed calm and central. Overall, this is the best apartment from my Cascais experience (7 different apartments for a short rent).
