Close to our meeting location

Room was in lower ground so no privacy unless the windows shade was down, which means a dark room with no natural light. Air conditioner was loud, no bedside table, no place to put the suitcase, no blanket on the bed — just a sheet. Restaurant has a limited menu with little choice of appetisers.

Good location and friendly/very helpful staff

We checked in at midnight and our rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (we have made special request for 1 double bed and 2 single beds) weren’t ready. We asked the receptionist for more linen (we got duvets with blood stains) and we made the beds by ourselves.

free water and soft drinks in mini bar calm and residential area with restaurants at walking distance.

breakfast is a real problem. I stayed for a week and though I was going for the breakfast between 7 and 7:30 the breakfast was very bad. Fried eggs and omelets were cold, croissants not fresh, juices was not fresh and full of sugar. Big tourists groups travelling together and not enough staff to clean and refill.

A lot of choice at breakfast: coffee, teas, breads, hot and cold meats, cheese, pies, fruit, cereal. Kettle and fridge in room. After check out they looked after my suitcase until I returned later in the day. Shampoo, shower gel, vanity kit and shaving kit were provided. 15-20 minutes walk to Marousi village, which is full of shops and restaurants and on the green line metro. 5-10 minutes by foot to Neratziotissa tube and the large indoor shopping mall. Overall a nice quiet hotel in a very safe location.

Breakfast can be busy at certain times as there always seemed to be large groups of sporty students staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Civitel Sprit hotel, the room was always clean, the food was excellent (I recommend the mushroom risotto) but without a doubt what stood out the most was the friendliness and attention from the wonderful Persi. always very available, professional and very efficient.

The venue was nice, the room was big and had everything you need, , I liked the bath rub.

You can hear noise from the room from out side in the corridor. There was no proper blanket. No house room keeping you need to request this upfront .

Great location very close to Attiki odos and the centre of Marpusi town. Excellent breakfast.

A bit noise at the Saturday night due to an event that took place at the hotel.
