The location is excellent. The Breakfast is good although the eggs were cold but the fruit was fresh and good, The view from the upgraded room was lovely. The staff at day reception and at breakfast were superv friendly and nice..

Its a 3 star property not a 4 star. The noise during the nights was intolerable as the corridors echo every door closing and shouting in the hallways. The upgraded room could be lovely but so sparsely furnished its embarrassing .No real cupboard, No night table on one side of the bed and no lights...its dismally dark to the point I had to call for extra lamps and they brought one little lamp for the 1 bedside table. The bed is hard as a rock ( I like hard beds but this one was ridiculous} and the pillows were uncomfortable. But on the positive side the room was spacious and had a lovely view and the bathroom was great.

I like the location and the beach view from my hotel room. I stayed on the top floor executive suite. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Terminal 21

The bathroom need tiles in bath shower area. It look very untidy. The room have unpleasant smell as a result of the a drainage problem and it smells like that in all the rooms. Mabe they should throw some drain cleaner in all the drains when the a customer leaves the hotel room. Beds are a bit hard

The hotel opens on to a big court yard with trees . The included buffet breakfast was good . Also in excellent position on beach front .

The rooms that face the wall of another building don't have a good outlook . Choose the rooms that face the hotel that looks like a ship .

Our deluxe room was spacious and location was excellent. Breakfast was better than we expected.

The place was overall run-down. The bathroom, and hence the hotel room, smelled of sewage. In the facilities description the place advertises that they have a "fitness centre" and that was one of the reasons we chose this place. We were very disappointed to find out there was no fitness centre or gym.

the beds in the Deluxe room is very hard. For that reason I will no longer stay at this hotel, unless the Grand deluxe sea view room are available. Beds in this room are better

Great location, excellent view and comfortable rooms. Most of the time hotels don't match the advertising photos. Sandalay Resort turned out to be better than advertised.

Hard to get the shower at desired temperature. No big problems.

Good location. Great view from the breakfast-half-outdoor room and also the food was good. Especially the omelette the chef did every morning was superb! The coffee was good! Cappuccino from a machine, but still good. The room was quiet with a nice limited view of the sea. The room was big and had two AC, which made it possible to run only the one most remote from the bed, thus not having any "wind" straight onto the bed. At the same time, the extra area didn't really add to the room, since it was not in good shape. The safety box didn't work when I arrived, but they quickly changed that.

The hotel was more run down than I expected, judging from the pictures online. The room had two balconies but none of them had any furniture...there were simply no space for it....and nothing to hang wet bathing suits or towels on. The gym was closed for renovation and that was a big minus for me as that was a strong reason I chose this hotel. They did nothing to compensate for this fact. I only book a few days at the time, going to unknown hotels, in case I am disappointed. After my three days were up, I moved to the hotel next door, A-one, who had a great gym.
