Bed was niet geweldig

The hotel is very close to the train station, and it's walking distance to Hamlet Castle and the Danish National Maritime Museum. The staff was also very helpful! You also get a coupon if you dine at the restaurant Den Glade Tallerken, which we very much enjoyed dinner there, next to the hotel.

The room and the bathroom is a bit small (not much room for you to fully open your carry-on suite case), and the electric cattle wasn't very clean.

Just a few steps from train station. Very quiet location right in historic old town. The room was large, beds are comfortable Breakfast was nice. Staff is very friendly.

Everything was pleasant and as advertised.

The location is the best thing. it is very easy to get to from the ferry, it almost could not be nearer. It is also 2 minutes from the harbour, cafes and 7 min the castle. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There's a lift. Easy access by train to Louisiana Art Museum and to Copenhagen. Train every 15 minutes. Supermarket at the station has everything.

The WiFi in the room on the third floor was OK on one device but none existent on others - although those devices were OK in the corridor. The breakfast was good, but for me the bacon was too crispy, you could not get it on the fork, it was like it had been deep fried.

Comfortable hotel, cosy. Nice rooms with bathroom, very clean. Good service. Main advantage though, is the location in the centre of town, 5 min. from the railway station. However, the central location also implies that it can get noisy in the evening on the street.

Very close to the train station and ferry terminal. They will hold your luggage while you explore.

It’s a very cute old hotel and the design looks nice. It was very clean.

Unfortunately the hotel was extremely noisy. Lots of banging and shouting at night, all from inside the hotel, I assume because the walls are very thin. The reception closes at 7pm, and when checking out I was told that I could have asked in the restaurant for help after that time but I was not told that when I checked in. The shower in my room was strangely arranged right in the corner by the wall so it was hard to stand comfortably under it. The fitting had also come away from the wall. There was no bed side lamp so you have to grope your way to the bed in darkness, only one pillow (I was told in the morning I could have asked for more from reception), and grey dirty marks on the wall from a cushion. The light came directly onto the pillow from behind the curtains at dawn, despite it not being a very sunny day! Not a comfortable stay, unfortunately.

One room in our group did not have hot water for shower.

great location, excellent and helpful front desk staff. the large room was nicely equipped with coffee and an nice big window to the street.

the only things I didn't like were that the shower was only warm, not hot, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I only managed to sleep about 2 hours on the bed.

The hotel was very accommodating from the start as we arrived after 7pm, so they left us a key in a key box. Nice and warm, comfortable beds. Clean room with everything you would imagine from a hotel room.

A fair bit of noise from the street in the morning, but that is normal if you get something in a town centre. Nice breakfast, although I would have also liked some proper Danish pastry, rather than standard croissants and pain chocolate.

The restaurant downstairs had exceptional food; loved the evening meal there, and the breakfast was good too.
