Place is nice, but the attitude to clients is weird

I booked it for 2 weeks and specified that want to pay by cash. I spent around 8 days sending messages to staff every single day about the arrangement of a meeting to pay. I got answers 2 or 3 times. I got monosyllabic responses like ok or just no reply for days. I was able to pay(!!!!) an hour before checking out.

Large parking space. Walking distance from Wawel castle. Contactless reception.

Poorly equipped kitchen, small and uncomfortable double bed, only one towel for each person. No rug or towel or something to step on in front of the shower and no ventilation of the bathroom. People smoking under our windows.

Perfect parking in the private yard, and it's free. Rooms are quite big, beds are comfortable. Owner is a nice man always with a smile on his face.

Apartments seems to be a bit empty and without soul. I mean, all necessary equipment is there, but it lacks a bit finesse. Some art and decor could make it 10/10.

Parking, kitchen, bathroom - all you need in a great location

Great value for money. Everything you need for a short stay in Krakow. We haven't used the kitchen utensils as we ate out every night. The location is good, not too far from the centre and you can take a tram (which is really cheap) from around the corner straight to the old town. Wifi worked well mostly and beds were comfy.

Excellent apartment only a short way to the river and less than a mile from the old town. We were able to walk everywhere. Supermarket 20m from the front door. Free, easy parking.

Smallest detail, there was no knife for chopping/cutting, floor matt for the shower or hand towel. Tiny details though.

Great location, not far away from the city center (ca. 20-min walk). It is very close to the Wawel Castle. Free private parking in the yard. The check-in was very easy, we got an e-mail and SMS with the information and we didn't need to wait for anyone. The communication with the staff was great, they answer almost immediately and are very helpful if you have any questions. The WiFi was fast and the apartment was cozy and very clean, especially the bathroom.

Good localisation. Easy access and parking especially for the ones travelling by car. Relatively a big room for such good price.

I received the entrance code and room number with sms and room number was given wrong. It was unpleasant for the couple living in that room as their door was pushed by some stranger at 9 pm in the night… on the other hand bed was not really comfortable for me. Also I could not feel the fresh smell of newly washed bed sheets or towels. It didn’t feel like they were washed before the new guest… On top of that the room was fairly cold and I was unable to put the heat on.. I had to sleep with double blanket.. overall for some other guests above mentioned facts would not be a problem for such price in good localisation but I had much better conditions for similar price in krakow.

There were dirty mugs and forks in the drawer :( No ventilation.

basic but very clean, with everything you need in the kitchen, comfy bed, the self-check in was very easy. Convenient to park the car and walk to town.

the street-facing room is a bit noisy, but not too bad

Good, quiet place, free parking. Clean, simple and comfortable studio. Easy communication with the owner. What more do you need for a short stay :)

Large and clean, both the room and the bathroom. Kitchenette was a nice surprise. Very quiet building an the area. Close to many attractions.

Execellent property, great location and parking on site . This should be a great Hotel not Hostel as it is much better than usual hotels we stayed at. Lots of space, so our kids could run around the apartment.
