Right on the beach, it was perfect for us.

The kitchen is a bit puritanical.

Beautiful small studio with everything you need to stay comfy during the stay. Very clean and cool compare to the very warm outside temperatures (even without turning on the air conditioner) :)

I really like everything. If I need to give a small suggestion for improvement, perhaps is the WiFi. The signal was not strong enough to stay connected. However..if you go there for holidays it's a great excuse to really disconnect from the "normal life"

The location of the accommodation is very good. Directly on the beach and the bus stop is only a few meters away.

Unfortunately, the handover of keys did not go smoothly. When we arrived, no one was there, although the arrival time was communicated. A nice neighbor organized the meeting for us. Moreover, the pictures are a bit deceiving. We had neither a sea view nor a terrace. The room was on a side street. There was no sunlight coming into the room

It was our 3rd time in Vico Roma 9 apartment. The apartment as always reached our expectations. Great localization - few minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the bus stop, the terrace for sunbathing and night sky-watching and spacious rooms are the strongest assets of this suite.

The location of the property is great.the terrace is also great .

The apartment is very , very hot on summer and there is no way to cool it down . The fans do not work very well. As there is no air conditioning you must leave the windows open . The street is very busy meaning it is noisy all day and all night . The property only had one broken broom so it was very hard to clean up after ourselves and sand comes in very easily . A very uncomfortable stay .would not recommend
