I like the garden, the nature around the house, the small details in the house. It is a lovely accommodation even for longer stays, couples, groups or families.
It doesn’t have heating in the living room or kitchen, but it wasn’t a big issue after all. There’s also a humid smell in the house.

La atención de la anfitriona, y su disponibilidad para solucionar cualquier problema que pudiera surgir, el cual no hubo. Muy cerca de Ponta Delgada, aparcamiento particular y la casa preciosa. Totalmente recomendable.

La ubicación y la atención de Anna. Anna fue súper cercana desde el principio, su atención fue fantástica, ya nos estaba esperando en el alojamiento cuando llegamos. Fuimos en familia, en invierno, la casa estaba siempre calentita. La decoración y ambiente de la casa es ideal, hace que sientas que es un hogar, es un lugar muy cálido y acogedor. La ubicación, para mi gusto es excelente, tienes mucha intimidad y nada de ruido, pero nada aislado ya que estás a menos de 10’ de Ponga Delgada y de cualquier supermercado en coche.

Beautiful house with two bedrooms, living room, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Lovely garden and terrace. The equipment of the house is very good, we lacked nothing. Parking space on the property. Wonderful and helpful owner.
The only negative was the characteristic smell of an old house, it may be a problem for some people

Location was perfect for getting to all major sites. Secure, ample parking, spacious. Charming and rustic. Anna was wonderful host.
A/C is not ample for the size of the home as far as removing humidity. Never seemed to get rid of musty smell.

The house was spatious with a nice garden. Although the house is close to a big road, there were little traffic noise. We enjoied sitting in the garden and in the nice hammock.
In some of the beds the bedsheet were water-resistant and therefore not very pleasant. Nothing much nearby, so a car is definetely needed.

this place was like paradise. 10min far from Delgada, Ana is simply amazing and welcoming. the villa was suoer big with washing machine, heaters and marvellous matrasses. very clean house and comfortable

Beautiful apartment in amazing Island, the owner was very helpful and she knew very well about the activities on the island. The facilities and the garden were really exceptional and wonderful, the location of the accommodation was great only 10 minutes from the airport. 👍

The property is perfectly located if you want to visit the various regions of the island. The house is fuethermore well equipped (kitchen utensils, etc) and has everything you need for a longer stay. The host is also very friendly and highly responsive to any queries you might have. I can highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The place is gorgeous, really nice house, comfortable, with an small garden and anything you need. Great location with good communication to visit the island and the hostesses are very kind and helpful. If we come back to São Miguel se will come back to this house for sure.

The location is closed to the beach, it is quiet and the garden is really very nice.
It was a little bit cold, but there were electric heater and we manage.

Location is ideal for reaching most of the parts of Sao Miguel quickly. House is excellent and Ana has the best recommendations for what to see or where to eat!
