This accommodation is more than a home with all the facilities and a perfect nile view. Host are amazing persons ❤️ they helped us to book our hot air ballon ride at last minutes and made all the difference 😀.

We loved our stay - the owner and the manager went far beyond their duties to ensure we had a very pleasant stay in Luxor.

The view in the morning is just breath taking - you get your 360’ panoramic view over the Nile & the hot balloons over the Valley of the Kings ( you need to check your sunset time) - it’s just stunning ! The apartments are huge & clean. Advice from us : STAY on the West Bank for less hassle and fantastic views! Bathroom is huge is like your own Hammam :) Breakfast is ok , in Dec 2023 was $5.

As it is in Egypt .. as we noticed - the rooms / properties with a massive potential need some ‘heart’ , some extra artistic touch , some colour , some love :)

没有，只是交通不便需要乘坐摩托艇出行到东岸，价格只能自己斗智斗勇谈感觉很累。这不是酒店的问题。

Belle appartement entier avec une chambre, une grande salle de bain, salon et cuisine. Une terrasse avec vue sur le nil +rooftop. L'appartement se situe sur la rive ouest côte (vallée des rois/reine et temple hacheptsout ) Vous devez prendre un foulouque pour ça (je vous conseille de négocier le tarif au plus bas du style 50£ LE la traversée dure environ 5 minutes ne vous faite pas avoir)

La clarté de la proposition du responsable lors de votre arrivée il va vous proposer de visiter les vallées et le temple, cependant il faudrait qu'il soit clair dans ce qu'il dit...l'offre comprend uniquement le trajet sur les sites soit (1500£ LE) ce que je considère comme une grosse arnaque et clairement autant aller négocier soit même avec les taxis au bord du nil (il y en a plein prêt à vous déposer sur chaque lieu pour 100£ LE × 3 soit 300£ LE -> vous le constaterz à votre arrivée sur l'autre rive vous aurez pleins de chauffeurs qui n'attendent que les touristes pour debuter une course, faites des propositions de trajet soyez ferme dans vos négociations de toute les façons il y en aura qui seront toujours prêt à accepter votre offre).

Awesome location and apartment with balcony overlooking the Nile. Mostafa was super helpful and organized our airport transfers and amazing tour guide and driver. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We were on the 4th floor and there was no lift/elevator. Needless to say we got our exercise in!

The house is spacious, clean with good air conditioner in the bedroom, the meals are excellent too. The manager Mostafa, his nieces Mahmoud and Mohamed are all great to help whenever needed. Mahmoud took us to local market to buy very fresh vegetables which was a unique experience in Egypt. Highly recommended.

We got lucky to book the big apartment before the level of the terrace and let me tell you… it was amazing! The space, the view, the living room and probably one of the biggest rooms we have stayed so far in Egypt. 🇪🇬 I think Full Moon House is a property on the rise and is definitely worth the value when you are a couple traveling and you want to make your own food and go at your pace for the duration of your stay in Luxor. 💖

The host was wonderful, Mostafa, he even helped my boyfriend get his hat back that we forgot on the cab drivers seat when we arrived. 🙏🏼 Although the other person who takes care of the building, a younger boy, made us feel a little bit anxious as sometimes it looked like he was trying to tell us wrong prices for Fellucas or cab prices (we have been in Egypt now for a bit and we know the tricky prices 😂).

J'ai beaucoup aimé nos hôtes. Ils sont très attentionés, à l'écouté,disponibles et bienveillants. C'est vraiment un coup de coeur. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé les repas sur la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le Nile. C'est assez chouettes de loger de ce coté du Nile, c'est beaucoup plus calme que l'autre coté.

Les hotes pourraient ajouter quelques décorations dans les appartements: des tableaux, des biblos, des plantes vertes, des décorations. Celà rendrait le lieux parfait.

I returned to Full Moon after having stayed here not too long ago. Every time it is a such an amazing experience that I do not want to leave. Next time I would love to stay even longer because Full Moon is just the ideal place for anyone that wants to enjoy some peace while finding nice people like Mostafa, the owner, willing to do anything just to make the time in Luxor a memorable one. The building is located right in front of the Nile, next to nice restaurants, a small supermarket and a ATM machine and less thank 10 minute walk to the ferry taking people to the East side. The apartments are spacious and clean. Mostafa and his team can prepare a delicious, fresh breakfast on demand and can assist with organizing trips to the many places of Ancient Egypt. I booked with Mostafa a trip on the hot baloon. Mostafa gave me the best price available and I had one of the best experience in my life. If you are looking for a place to stay that is comfortable and very clean, do not hesitate to book an apartment at Full Moon

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were waiting for us upon arrival and greeted us with fresh juice. They helped us arrange a driver when we needed it, and were helpful in recommending places for us to see. The rooftop of the building overlooks the Nile, and it's nice to have dinner or drinks up there. The hosts spent some time hanging out with us as well which was fun to exchange language and culture. The apartment we booked was huge, and was more than we needed. Good value for price.

The house is a bit old, and we did see a cockroach one night.

Excellent location right on the river, private rooftop to watch the sunset. Hosts were phenomenal, they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Apartments were hugely spacious, and fitted with everything we could need. Would go back in a heartbeat.

1. The views from the terrace and rooftop (shared), absoluteky amazing. You can sit there and relax. 2. The dinner they served us (home-made), very good and not expensive at all. 3. The appartment (top floor one) is big, air-conditioning in the rooms, little terrace with a view of the Nile and Luxor in front. 4. Washing machine 5. There is an ATM and a supermarket by the house, which is really convenient. At the supermarket, normal prices (you can relax!) 6. Public ferry (5 EGP for non-egyptians) is really close and convenient 7. The owners are helpful and nice.

Just to make it perfect, I'd put a tablecloth to protect that nice wood table, kitchen paper or napkins, and a couple of kitchen towels. Also, a nightstand reading light would be nice.

The services and the care provided , Mustafa and Mohammed were very helpful in terms of pre-arranging our pick up from the train station , to helping us setup our tours and advice they provided to our air travel back, The common terrace is also an excellent location to watch the sunset and enjoy the view

Very friendly, polite and nice owner. A safe place. Mustafá can help you book hot air balloon flights, if you wish at very competitive prices. Apartment fully equipped with everything you need. Very large and bright. Clean. Wifi included works very well. The best area of ​​Luxor to stay, extremely quiet. Rooftop overlooking the Nile River. Wonderful. Right in front there is a very good restaurant and also in the surroundings there are others where you can eat and also drink. I recommend this hotel and it is worth staying there.

The house is close to the public ferry and the private boats for the east side. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom clean, water running good. Mostafa the owner is very helpful and can help in arranging the tours or the transfers around. Area is very budy with people, very good food and restaurants. Breakfast is nice too, basic and tasty.

Only thing is the taxi arranged by Mostafa which was a misunderstanding on the exact time and order of visiting the sites but it was not big problem. This only has to be specified how the taxi is going around and in what order because in contrary the trip will be extra charged. as Better to go visit sites on east bank only or west bank then change to the other side. Most of the archaeological sites on the west bank are very close minutes between each so no need of long drives.

The apartment is quite large, with all facilities, overlook the Nile, with full moon on the days we stayed. 1,5km from public ferry which is very confortable and quick at 5 LE per pax. 200m from a convenient store and many restaurant nearby.

The road in front of the apartment is just sandy, a lot of dust everytime a car passed by

Top floor terrace with a view of the Nile, Host was very helpful arranging meals and transportation. If arriving from the airport I suggest a taxi to the Winter Palace, walk across the street and take a boat straight across the Nile to this property. It saves at least 20 minutes of travel time.

Slightly difficult conversing with the host because of the language barrier, but texting with WhatsApp solved most of this.

Location, location, location! This is at a great location, right on The Nile. It’s not too far from all the most popular tourist sites on the West Bank. Also close to the public ferry if you want to go over to the East Bank. The owner, Mostafa, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. He even let us check out late since we had a late flight.

Mostafa was very helpful since I did the booking. He prepared a lovely dinner and organised our transfer to Cairo.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Mostafa was very helpful and helped us with the guides and drivers. The food was fresh and Egyptian, he also made us lunch, after we requested.

I had to extend my stay because I became sick. It's not easy to be sick in another country but Mostafa, the owner, took the best care of me. Since I had to rest, I was unable to get any food and any medicines, but Mostafa and his helper Mohamed made sure that I always had food and any medicines that I may need. They kept checking on me, prepared a delicious soup for me, brought vegetables, fruits, water and more that I really needed. I don't know how to thank them enough for their kindness and their care. They treated me like one of their own family. When traveling to Egypt, I will definitely stay again at Full Moon. I cannot think of a better place, especially because of Mostafa's hospitality but also because it is located right in front of the Nile, near the ferry, in the middle of many restaurants, cafes, shops, ATM, and the apartments are spacious, with a great kitchen, comfortable beds and most importantly super fast WiFi, the best I had in any of the places I stayed in Egypt and other countries.

The location is amazing, right in front of the Nile, next to restaurants, small supermarkets, an ATM machine, and more. The apartments are spacious, clean, and with all the necessary amenities to make the stay easy and comfortable. Every apartment has one of more balconies. the apartment I booked has a large terrace overlooking the Nile and the entire East side with an amazing view of the 3000 year old Luxor Temple. The best asset of Full Moon though is Mostafa, the owner. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests and to make them happy during their stay. The breakfast and the other meals that he can prepare are really delicious. he can also book tours and an experience with the hot baloon, something not to be missed. Above all Mostafa is really a nice guy, someone that represents really well the kindness and hospitality of Egyptian people. I will never be grateful enough for making my stay really memorable.

Rented two apartments but as a family of 6 traveling with a travel cot we only used one, as it was a big space.

The stay was excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful with all my needs and requests, very good breakfast, very clean and shining, hot water all the time, excellent view of the Nile river and Luxor temple, and the valley of the Kings as well through the 2 private balconies my room had, restaurants nearby, the place exceeded my expectations.

There was one day very hot during my stay. I wanted to use the room A/C instead of roof ventilators. The staff told me that I couldn't use it because it needs maintenance. The rest was excellent.

The view to Nile river is amazing from the terrace, main entrance and room. Thanks! Mostafa is a gentleman, and very helpful. Totally recommended. Feel safe to be in a respectful place and very clean place. The room is very spacious and you can feel at home in the guest house. Also the room has all amenities you need...just as home =)

Can you have fresh juice for breakfast? Tourists love freshness of what we cannot have in our home towns... In my case as a Mexican living in Germany...a variety of fresh breakfast can make me definitely leave my comfort zone, and search a different option in mornings. Also, as "solo travelers" we like to have our freedom to choose any arrangement in our trip. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions and support!!!
