On arrival Ivan was a massive relief. We found ourselves caught up in some travel dramas, he was able to help us out with finding more information on the situation and also piece of mind we would be able to take things day by day at the hotel. He organised a taxi to the airport and confidence that things will work out well for us, given we don't speak Spanish. The other lad who was on the staff was just gorgeous, I felt pretty stressed and impatient, he was so nice, patient and did his best to make sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be. Thanks to these two and the cleaning / cafe staff. We are so grateful for your help and getting us out of Pasto. The neighbourhood is great, lots of places to eat and it's safe to walk around. Breakfast was actually pretty good also, good coffee.

For me it was a little noisy at times both the road and in the hotel. Given the excellence of the staff this was something we accepted as a trade off for how great the people are.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca hay varios restaurantes buenísimos. Se puede caminar tranquilamente por los alrededores. La habitación fue cómoda y silenciosa. El desayuno muy bueno: frutas y huevos al gusto. Café de calidad. El personal muy dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier duda.

Great breakfast, super friendly staff, location was great since you can find plenty of restaurants and cafés near by.

The room was a bit smaller than expected and there were only outlets in the bathroom.

it was clean, there was a family ambiance, it was modern, everyone was really kind, breakfast was delicious.

Bed mattress was softer than usual.

- Beautiful decor in the shared areas and room - really comfy beds, good air con and strong power shower - plenty of really good restaurants a few minutes walk away and the area felt safe - really friendly and helpful staff
