La Villa forma parte de un antiguo 'Baglio' completamente renovado, inmerso en un exuberante jardín que rodea la piscina y tiene capacidad para 14 personas, es moderno y está equipado con todas las comodidades, manteniendo intacto el encanto del pasado.
La Villa está situada en un punto estratégico en el Golfo de Castellammare a medio camino entre los aeropuertos de Palermo y Trapani.
A un kilómetro encontramos restaurantes, pizzerías, bares y supermercados para todas tus necesidades.
El check-in es a las 17:00 horas y el check-out a las 10:00 horas.
Se deberán acordar diferentes horarios con los propietarios y se solicitará un suplemento de 30€ por cada hora extra de uso de la villa.

Villa Palme is a magnificent property. It was both comfortable and well appointed, as well as being beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time in the outdoor kitchen and pool area, but the interior of the villa was warm and inviting as well. Everything you could possibly want, you will find here. Giovanni and Antonella are wonderful hosts who communicated promptly and thoroughly every step of the way. The location is very convenient to the Palermo airport, as well as many sites in the western part of the island. Our family of 10 absolutely loved staying here!

We cannot say enough about our stay at Villa Palme!
We loved every minute of it and enjoyed it immensely. The family/owners are delightful, and so easy to work with. We are praying that we will be able to go back. Truly one of the best rentals… Great space; well stocked, very clean, so comfortable… Outdoor kitchen space was perfect! Chef Liliana cooked for us one evening… All was so perfect, it made me cry. Blessed beyond measure! TY xo

We spent around 2 weeks in Villa Palme and we must say that the experience was incredible. The villa is stunning , warm and make you feel you are at home. The outside is as well fantastic and especially the outdoor kitchen where we spent most of our time enjoying the Sicilian summer and the pool. The Villa is close to markets, the city center of Alcamo as well as the beaches which is very convenient as you do not have to drive several miles to find a supermarket. Not to mention as well the owners & Valeria who really help us a lot during our stay with several propositions to discover the beauty of the region (Wine testing, Cooking Diner, .... ) which really made our stay even better. We would definitly would like to come back !!

This house was perfect for a family holiday for 5 couples. The home was extremely spacious with a very large pool! The best thing was the huge covered outdoor area-kitchen/diner and living space right by the pool which was where we spent most of our time. The owners were very helpful with providing eg taxi firms and restaurant recommendations. We also had one meal cooked for us by Liliana - a local chef the owners know- which was excellent! A car is essential to get anywhere. The nearest pretty seaside town is a few miles away, but many interesting places are within an hour’s drive-if you can be bothered to leave the villa!!

Very good location. We used this villa as a starting point for towns and cities within a 1-3 hour range including Arigento (Valley of the Temples), Trapani, Corelone, Palermo, and others.

Property is exactly as advertised. Giovanni & Antonella were very easy to work with and took care of everything. They introduced us to Liliana who cooks wonderful meals (3 times) during out 3 weeks. We also visited Adamo (Liliana & Vincenzo’s) winery for a tasting, wonderful. Short drive to beach (12 min.)and other attractions. You need a car, although food stores and restaurants are a short drive(5 min). We had a total of 12 people at different times and they all loved this villa.

The villa was literally amazing! The pool is brilliant and we spent many days outside with the outside kitchen and pool area. The villa was so keen and the beds were very comfortable. We also took Giovanni up in the offer of a private chef which was our best night in Sicily. The pizzas Lillianna made were fantastic and she also taught us all to make authentic cannoli. Overall our stay was a maxing and I would love to come back. Honestly can’t recommend the villa enough.

We were a large group of 11; 3 families, 6 adults with 5 teenagers. Plenty of room, and we all loved the outdoor space! Kids swam everyday and adults relaxed by the pool. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Arranged a private chef to cook dinner for us one evening and it was amazing. Also arranged delivery of beer kegs for the pool side kitchen, which was so appreciated!
Do not hesitate to book this home, you won’t be disappointed. It was clean, and cool with good a/c. Close to beaches and groceries!

This is a lovely property, well cared for, well appointed and owned and managed by lovely people.
We stayed with two other families all of whom had young college graduates celebrating finishing their undergraduate degrees. The house was perfect for our group of 14 and I think I can speak for all when I say, we all felt like we had privacy. We enjoyed exploring the island and returning to this oasis to rest and regroup. The pool was a life saver as this June/July was particularly HOT! The hosts attended to our every need and were very responsive. One of the best decisions we made as a group was to hire a chef. Lilliana of Adamobio and her assistant, Vito provided us meals beyond compare. This allowed those of us who usually do the shopping, cooking, and cleaning to leisurely return to the house knowing that dinner was already being prepared for our group. This is a very important factor when you have many hungry young gentlemen in your party. Lilliana and Vito, much like Giovanni and Antonella went above and beyond to provide us with a delicious, warm, friendly and festive experience during our stay. I highly recommend this home and I am very grateful for the hospitality we experienced from everyone.

Antonella and Giovanni were excellent hosts and easily contactable via WhatsApp. The villa was very clean, spacious and beautiful. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was perfect and we actually spent very little time indoors! 5 stars all around!! If I had to be critical, the only thing I could say is that although we found the maps, it would have been useful to have a book/ sheet with recommended local restaurants/ shops.

We have just spent 10 nights here and we have had a fabulous time. The villa is exceptionally clean and the hosts Giovanni and Antonella could not have been any more helpful. You would need a car or taxi to get to any local amenities and Giovanni was able to provide numerous taxi companies to assist us. We would definitely recommend this villa. The outdoor kitchen was the icing on the cake for us and the pool was exceptionally clean.

Antonella and her family were extremely accommodating and their home is beautiful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in Alcamo. We were greeted earlier than normal check-in, received a thorough tour of the property, and provided instructions for AC, garbage, pool, and other amenities. The property was perfect for our group of four adults and four children/teens. Even though our agenda was packed with day trips and tours, we got the opportunity to enjoy the pool and gorgeous outdoor kitchen/dining area. The location was perfect for us, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for hosting!

This villa was amazing. We were a group of 9 and had a ton of space, great amenities & the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. They gave great suggestions for food, wine tours and places to visit. The pool and outdoor kitchen were beautiful and the location is a short drive from beaches, towns, wineries etc. The beds and accommodations were also extremely comfortable and everything felt very new and clean. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Sicily!

Me and my friends had an incredible experience at Villa Palme. The owners were very sweet and nice to us, we couldn’t ear them, especially at night! They gave us a tour of all the supermarkets in the area and told us the secret places to eat real good Sicilian food. The pool is amazing and the salted water makes you wanna stay in there forever! The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, the outdoor kitchen is a lovely space to hang and the garden is beautiful. The position of the Villa was spot on! We could get to the highway very easily without traffic and we were able to visit all the touristic places planned in a week! Very important: they have AC installed in every room!!! My friends were staying in another house and they didn’t have it! Recommended!!!

This villa was exactly like the pictures, if not even better. The location is very close to many things to do. Downtown Alcamo is beautiful and so are the many different cities nearby within 10-15 minute drive. Car is a must. The owners are beyond helpful for anything we needed during the stay. The property is very well kept and the pool is huge and clean. The Outdoor kitchen is very spacious. Would highly recommend!!!

Villa Palme could not be more wonderful! Everything you could ask for when planning a holiday in Alcamo.
Hosts: Our hosts (Giovanni, Antonella and daughters) were exceptional. First, they were quick to communicate while we were booking, within hours. This is helpful when we were deciding. Once we arrived, they were always available to help, yet never in our way. They helped with laundry services, navigating around town, removing trash daily and even cooking food and desserts for us! We felt so safe staying here- physically and mentally.
Location: The house is located in the perfect location: on a quiet street, hidden and mid-way between center of town and the beach. And on a hill so there was always a nice breeze even on hottest days.
Layout: The Villa is exactly as pictured. Immaculate and stunning grounds with plenty of room to walk around. The lighting at night was just spectacular. 100% professional. The whole villa layout is carefully planned so that maintenance areas/tools are hidden. Plenty of secure parking. There is amazing and loving attention to detail.
Bedrooms: Each of the two bedrooms was separated and away from the main room, so there was privacy and quiet when we needed. Each had a powerful air-conditioner, a large hi-end bed, plenty of closet space and world-class bedding and décor. The living room, with a modern entertainment system, converted into a third bedroom for us.
Pool: The SALT-WATER pool was therapeutic and energizing - we felt as though we were at a spa resort. Plenty of lounge chairs, towels and hi-end robes too.
Outdoor Kitchen/Dining/Living Area: The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything anyone would need including 2 coffee machines, a stocked draft beer unit, cleaning supplies, large refrigerator, grill and pizza oven. Supplied with the most beautiful decor, dinnerware and serving platters. These touches made every meal feel so much more special.
My favorite: being able to cook, eat, relax and swim all in one area so we always felt together- yet never crowded. There is nothing about his place that says “rental”- you feel like you are home or at a 6-star resort hotel. We felt so safe and relaxed staying here because our hosts were so generous and kind.

Beautiful grounds, wonderful saltwater pool and meticulous renovation made for a perfect family vacation. Large outdoor kitchen which featured a pizza oven, beer tap and dishwasher along with modern bath/bathrooms and bedrooms with ac. Very comfortable, plenty of parking and easy access to Alcamo Marina and Alcamo Centro Storico.

We would like to thank Giovanni & Antonella for a brilliant holidays in their villa. This is beautiful private villa with brilliant pool & open kitchen by the pool. You will find everything is necessary ( & even more) for your holidays. As a toddler mother I was delighted with fully closed private site - as you don't have to worry kids will run out on the street. The host was very nice & helpful - they treated as with wine & sicilian doughnuts on arrival as well as gave an answer to all our questions. Thanks again for a lovely, relaxing holidays. We had a big pleasure to stay in Villa Palme in Alcamo, Sicily for one week in July, 2015. Even if you are already charmed looking at the beautiful pictures of the villa, you will definitely be even more surprised when you see everything with your own eyes.
Our group of three families of 11 people – each family got their own room, all adults and kids had their own comfortable sleeping place. All rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and all needed entertainment devices.
The pool is even bigger than you see on the pictures. It’s probably more than 10 meters long deepening from about 0,7 to 2 meters. Kids (and even adults) really liked jumping to the water from the small springboard located on the deepest side of the pool.
Probably the most of the time we have spent in the beautifully arranged sun terrace, which at the same time replaces kitchen and dining room. The kitchen had all the needed facilities: large fridge, two different coffee machines, oven, microwave, dishwasher and the grill for roasting meat or fish steaks. A large table fitted for our entire group, there were all necessary tableware and crockery.
All places in the villa (living rooms, pool and terrace) are located so close and comfortably, that adults could make food or just stay and have a drink in terrace at the same time watching after their kids playing in the pool. The free Wi-Fi had a high enough speed and was working fine almost from any place.
Our hosts were very kind, attentive and helpful – the real Italian family. They live in the same villa (just in separate part of the building), but we never felt being followed or observed – vice versa, we always had a chance to ask them for any help or advice.
The villa is located in Alcamo city – just in the midway from Trapani and Palermo - we could reach any of these towns in just one hour by car. In Alcamo there are two large shops, where we could buy all kind of food, drinks or household goods we needed. We also used to drive to Castellammare del Golfo – during the day we could stay here at sandy beach, during the evening we could spend time taking a walk around the port and castle as well as having a pleasant dinner in some beautiful restaurant.
On behalf of all my friends, I want to say a great thanks to our hosts for a very pleasant stay. We all definitely recommend Villa Palme at Alcamo to everyone, who is looking for a nice, comfortable and safe place in Sicily.
