The staff sas amazone. They picked us up at the station! The room was clean and spacious, well decorated. Breakfast was decent and here are lots of board games, and netflix as well.

It is not in a pretty place. It is right by the train tracks.

Loved our stay here. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Very comfortable. The hotel staff found my son's suica card and mailed it to us. Their kindness and help are the best part of our stay in Kanazawa.

This is a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance from the Kanazawa station. The facility is quite new, and very well kept up, although the check-in area doesn’t give the greatest first impression. Security is good, with keycard access to the rooms, although no overnight coverage at the front desk. Room size (we had the family suite) was good, although the multiple beds took up most the room – good for big families. Bed was somewhat soft for our tastes, but we slept well. Bathroom and toilet are separate, a nice feature. Very nice shower with great water pressure. Staff communication good, and front desk personnel spoke excellent English. Our suite faced the railway tracks adjacent to the building, but the windows blocked most, but not all the noise from the trains; the residual noise was not enough to bother us, or affect our sleep. Unit was clean and well maintained – no squeaky doors or sink stoppers that didn’t work. Clothes storage is non-existent; only a limited number of hangers available. Lighting in the unit was excellent, and reading at night was easy. Large screen TV, with Netflix programming available without a membership – nice touch for those who don’t have a subscription, particularly since there’s no English TV channels that we could find. Ductless air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. Kitchen well equipped, but little room for eating. We didn’t use the washing machine, so can’t comment. The continental breakfast (called “Bread”) was actually quite good, although limited in scope. Excellent coffee – Illy machine that makes several kinds of coffee. We particularly appreciated the free ride back to the station. Overall, a very good value hotel, and we’d be happy to return.

As noted, the beds take up most of the space in the room, to the point where seating is limited to a "love seat" squeezed between a bed and the kitchen counter, making TV watching uncomfortable at best. I would think that the vast majority of the hotel's customers would prefer to have a little more room to move around, rather than a room full of beds.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, a range of amenities are availible at no charge at the frontdesk. Also the English level of the staff was very good :)

Nothing to complain at all :) (it's close to the train tracks, so there is some noise. But we've had no problems it as we slept soundly)

The safe in the room is not a fixture. It can be removed from the room easily.

Friendly staff, kitchen and washing machine in room which was great size.. bed comfort was reasonable. Little noise from being so close to Kanazawa station but not significant. Overall be happy to recommend.

Staff went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed buying fresh seafood and cooking it in the kitchen. Great to do some laundry in our room. Spacious design with efficient layout.

The arrangement of the shower holders was a little awkward.

quite a walking distance from train station. it’s >600m and took at least 10-15min to walk there. not convenient when there’s luggages. I also didn’t like that the bathroom is separated from the toilet.

Wished location could be better. It is a 10 minute walk to the station which is alright on a normal day. But it would have been difficult to walk along the uneven pavement with luggage or in bad weather. But the hotel made up for it by fetching us from the station.

Simple but delicious breakfast of bread and coffee was available, enough to start the day. They were kind to pick us from the train station when we arrived and send us there when we checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make dinner reservations, sent us to our dinner place, arranged for our luggage forwarding and gave us suggestions for dinner at our next destination after leaving Kanazawa!

Room set up with a very comfortable to stay in, friendly staff, free flow coffee, breakfast and good assistance to first time traveler.

The staff was very helpful and helped a lot. In a rainy day, they gave us umbrellas for free, and offered free transportation to the station. Also gave us a lot of tips about Kanazawa. Thanks a lot!

Though we were there for less than 16 hours, it was very rather good stay. Hashimoto san was very nice and friendly, from picking us from the station to sending us off the next morning, and she made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

The suite was so spacious, with so many amenities to our disposal and the food station was the perfect icing on the cake. We could choose from a range of bread and beverages which were at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

10 minute walk from Kanazawa Station. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast included assortments of bread, yogurt, and drinks. Refreshment bar available all day. Staff is very friendly and made our stay wonderful! Very accommodating and eager to help with any issues.

Would recommend requesting top floor as neighbors above were up late at night and we could hear them walking.
