What a brilliant place..super location..great facilities..the owner really knows what makes a great stay..really clean,modern decoration,comfy beds, lovely garden. Tv with access to netflicks etc was great with kids so could watch movies when the sandstorm came! welcome pack really nice thought. There were lots of little things that made it a really easy stay such as cleaning products, tea coffee sugar oil herbs.. all good quality pans and kitchen items and everything you need. Coffee maker big toaster ,washing machine etc we felt totally at home.. The pool is lovely and immaculately clean but very freezing which is the only thing at all i would improve on.. meant we had it to ourselves though! A very quiet complex obviously used to be a holiday place..suited us perfectly..good communication and we can't wait to return..you can walk to the beach in minutes..big supermarket 3 min drive..little supermarket on the front in melonares so walkable..perfect location.

The only improvement would be to heat the pool..we went in and was ok when you are in but it was freezing..heating would make this place 100% perfect!

Alicia, the owner was very helpful with preparing us for our arrival to meloneres and entry to the property. The property is beautiful, very clean,tastefully presented, well equipped and quiet. It has three areas for sitting outside to enjoy the sunshine all day. The pool area is also very close to the property and was very well maintained and immaculately clean. I swam in it twice and it was warm in February. The property is a five minute walk to Meloneres beach and the lovely 1.7km walkway to Faro Maspalomos which is lined with fancy hotels shops, cafes and restaurants. My husband and I are runners and found lots of great running routes in the area. We didn't eat out much as it was lovely to prepare food in the apartment and eat out on one of the terraces. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The internet connection was great and we watched the six nations rugby on the huge TV. The shower was warm and the owner had left shower gel and lovely handwash. Towels and beach towels were also provided. There is air conditioning but we didn't use it.
