Residence Schuler - Apartment 'D' with sea and Mount Etna view
Este apartamento forma parte de la residencia Schuler con jardín y vista abierta al mar y al monte Etna, ubicado en una pequeña colina en una zona residencial de Taormina, a solo 4 minutos a pie del centro de Corso Umberto (zona peatonal de Taormina), y a 3 minutos solo del supermercado y los restaurantes más cercanos.
El apartamento "D" tiene un tamaño de 96 metros cuadrados (1033 pies cuadrados) con una terraza de 20 metros cuadrados (215 pies cuadrados), y consta de: 2 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños con ducha, cocina, sala de estar habitación y una terraza con vistas al mar y al monte. Etna Dispone de calefacción, aire acondicionado, lavadora, WiFi, teléfono, TV (conexión satelital a BBC World, CNN, ZDF, ARD, caja fuerte, secador de pelo, cafetera, tostadora y plancha).
El precio cotizado del apartamento es para 4 personas, pero es posible agregar una cama extra al precio de 20 euros al día o un abrigo de bebé al precio de 5 euros al día.
Servicio de taxi también disponible bajo petición desde o hacia el aeropuerto de Catania en minivan, máximo 5 personas, 80. 00 euros, de 6 a 8 personas en minibús 120. 00 euros.
De junio a octubre, un servicio de traslado en autobús a la playa está disponible al precio de 10/15 euros por persona e incluye: transporte hacia / desde la playa, acceso al complejo de playa (lido Caparena) que ofrece sombrillas y tumbonas.

Otra solución es estacionarse en el estacionamiento municipal de 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, de Porta Catania, ubicado justo antes de la entrada de Taormina, a 5 minutos a pie del apartamento. Debido a las estrechas carreteras de Taormina y nuestra pequeña área de estacionamiento, para los clientes que llegan con autos grandes, sugerimos esta última solución.
Vivo en un apartamento de la Residencia, estaré aquí a su llegada y durante su estadía siempre estaré disponible para información y cualquier tipo de asistencia.

The VIEW, the patios, the location is all AMAZING Our family stayed in two apartments, apartment D and the penthouse. We all LOVED our stay at the Schuler Apartments. The penthouse had a larger patio and more modern updates. Apartment D was very nice too. Both had great air conditioning, comfortable beds and everything you needed for a great stay.
It was easy to get to town in 5 min walk, close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and taxis.
Claudio was a kind, responsive and helpful host. He helped us with car transfers too from Catania airport.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I can’t really say everything about how great this apartment is and how terrific Claudio Schuler is. The view from the porch is absolutely stunning. The quarters were clean and very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot for meals and ate outside. One piece of advice: If driving a car to this location, please listen to everything Claudio recommends. I thought MAPS on my phone was perfect, but it is not. Claudio warned me, but I was convinced I could handle the directions. A mistake I won’t make again! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

You couldn’t ask for a better view! The sweep of the Mediterranean, and the majesty of Etna - plus a beautiful terrace to relax and enjoy. Claudio Schuler is the perfect VRBO host. I hope I’ll return!

We recommend Residence Schuler to anyone who is planning a stay in Taormina. Getting there for us was a little difficult as the car's GPS tried to send us down a one-way street the wrong way! Claudio Schuler came to the rescue and personally guided us to the property, after that it was a breeze! The views from the patio are wonderful, of the sea, hillsides, towns, and Mt. Etna. The apartment is very comfortable and located within short walking distances to many historic sights, shopping and food! What a great place to stay for our first time in Sicily. Thank you Claudio!

One of the best stays ever!
The apartment couldn’t have been better situated for enjoying Taormina - easy walk to groceries, dining, shopping, and sights. And the views of Mt Etna and the sea and towns below were nothing short of spectacular. It was nice to have the owner on sight and ready to help in any way. Thank you, Claudio!

Amazing views!
The experience was seamless from start to finish. Claudio was a pleasure to work with, arranging taxis to and from the airport and to a golf course for the guys. Good location, just a short walk to the main street of Taormina. The apartment was clean. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the furnishings could use updating. Also, towels and sheets are old and scratchy. It would take just a small investment to improve on that. Overall though it is a wonderful property.

Taormina Gem
Great centralized location with a beautiful view for our excursions to the Aeolian Islands, Agrigento, and Mt. Etna. A short walk to the pedestrian street in Taormina, and not far from the Greek Theater! If you do not mind some walking, you do not need a car! Signore Schuler was extremely informative with aiding us on getting to destination meeting points, and arranged taxi service to and from the CTA airport. We would stay here again if we return to this area!

Spectacular View!
The apartment was perfect and the view was spectacular!! My husband and I like to have ample room when we are staying for several nights and this apartment had lots of space to relax after a day of site seeing and just enjoying Taormina.
We loved sitting on the deck looking at the water especially after the walk from the center of town.
We had a little trouble finding the place by GPS, but Claudio was always there to come rescue us and lead us back!! Thank you for being such a great host!!

This was an exceptional property to which we would return in a minute. Mr. Schuler was very accommodating and helpful in every way. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed.
Everything in the villa was in perfect shape and the surroundings of flowers in the garden, a parking space if needed( which we did) and a thorough orientation to the property and the villAge was well done. We would rate this villa as outstanding in all ways....bravo Claudio Schiller.

Spectacular Views and Neighborhood Living
We stayed at Residence Schuler for a week in the December off-season, and we had a superb visit. Set in a neighborhood away from the touristy part of Taormina, but close all of the great spots to visit, the residence provided us with amazing views of Etna and the Ionian Sea - a photo from the apartment window now serves as my laptop screen shot - as well as an easy place from which to wander to the Corso for dinner, to the Greek Amplitheater, or to just wander about the town. Sr. Schuler was a delightful host, always ready to help with advice, and to ensure the comfort of his guests. The apartment was comfortable, warm, and inviting. An extra bonus is off-street parking possibility, so if you are driving (small car recommended), this availability is worth the extra fee. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Perfect late winter holiday
We enjoyed our quiet holiday in Taormina very much - a month passed quickly. But don't expect everything to be open, the sights are there to see even if a restaurant can be hard to find. We recommend Tischi Toschi.
Our apartement was comfortable and well equipped. The property is very well cared for and from the first contact everything went as expected. The best was the very kind and helpful owner, Claudio Schuler. The fantastic view from our terrace over the sea, Etna and the gardens still remains with us.
You can find the stores you need nearby: grocery, fish, vegetables - even the weekly market and places to take your coffee and an afternoon drink.
