Hôtel bien placé en bord de mer, à 10mn du centre de Diana Marina, une architecture peu commune en Italie du hall d’accueil à la salle du restaurant, de grandes baies vitrées coulissantes toutes hauteurs sur l’ensemble du rdc, ce qui ramène énormément de lumière et de clarté !! Belle déco sobre, les infrastructures du spa et Wellness sont pas mal, piscine extérieure et jacuzzi sont top !! Personnel de salle super sympa rien à redire, le petit déjeuner est super copieux et il ne manque rien, la prestation déjeuner et dîner est au rdv également !! Un petit plus sur la propreté, on a été scotché par le personnel d’entretien, les petites mains sont présentes du matin 7h à 17h et lustrent sans arrêt chaque petit espace et recoins ! Un établissement à conseiller ..

Travailler un peu sur le phonique des parties communes .. ça résonne pas mal si vous êtes proches de la cage d’escalier.

Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Die Küche hebt sich deutlich von denjenigen Restaurants der Umgebung ab. Die Zimmer sind genügend gross und die Terrasse ist toll. Unser Shizzu-Terrier hat sich ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt und wir uns auch.

We were just an overnight stop to Italy and wanted to leave the luggage in the car. So reserved and paid €10 for a garage space which on arrival we discovered was not locked-no different than the free parking in the hotel front yard. The air conditioning was freezing and not adjustable (we closed it). The electric stores did not close completely. Decoration. white walls. Lighting excellent for shooting a movie. Insonorisation from corridor - null. All this for about €300 for a night! Worst deal we ever experienced.

Great location, pool and beach area. Nice and clean room. Helpful staff.

The vegetarian and vegan food options where not that good. The staff did not always understand english. But they were always nice.

Many things - no information about the dinner upon check in - that you need to book it in advance - no info on the website that you could choose a buffet for 15 eur for a dinner - no information about spa upon checkin or elswhere, we booked for the spa but the prices are too high for this quality - spa is very poor and sauna is claustrofobically small and you need to pay for every facility in spa separately - dull and not cozy ”hospital”-like lights in the restaurant and spa - no music in the restaurant - no hangers for towels in the bathroom - not a soundproof room, we woke up 7 am because of neighbours watching tv and talking - all the channels are Italian on TV - the rooms is kinda small, balcony is quite small, with plastic furniture - two twin beds instead of 1 large bed - hard to get full service at the reception - their English was poor - no water in the room, they offer to drink tap water - no electricity in the restaurant - and no table in the room - if you have some work to do with your laptop - you don’t have a good place for that at all - too much money for this - not a 4 star at all, 3 star maybe
