We stayed in Emerson for a family wedding. Chris and Angela were great hosts. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here in the future.

This was a perfect location for the Lakepoint Baseball Tournament that we attended. Less than 5 minutes away and had a ton of food options near by.

So nice to stay at a property that is exactly what it looks like on the listing. Only 3 minutes to Lakepoint. Extremely clean, more than enough room for multiple families. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and wonderful hosts. Definitely booking again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was perfect for our family and friends, the hosts were wonderful, we felt welcome and at home, and it had so many amenities and well thought out items to make our stay great.

Our high school baseball team played at Lakepoint PBR. This place is so convenient to get to the games like 4-5 minutes away plus close to restaurants and everything else in that area. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. You can't go wrong by staying here!

Owners were very responsive to each of our inquiries. Thank you. The house was just as pictured and worked well for our multi-generational family. No amenities were missing. These are not hotel quality beds, but worked just fine for a few nights' stay. We were in town for a family wedding and travelled daily to Cartersville - super easy.

Rented this house for our baseball tourney at Lakepoint. Had couple families and kids and it was plenty of room to not be crowded but great eating area in kitchen and back deck we could all gather. Can’t beat being less than a mile from the Lakepoint facility. House was immaculate in cleanliness and they provide a lot of extras so you don’t have to bring. I appreciated Angela working with us on check in as well. Hope to be able to rent again if we visit Lakepoint.

Great experience near Lake Point
Perfect location to enjoy Lake Point baseball and Lake Allatoona. We were a group of parents and their baseball kids and the house was perfect. Very clean, great community space and close to everything. Will try to stay again next year!

Our baseball team came up for a weekend tournament at LakePoint, this location was perfect for us. The park was just down the road and we all had plenty of space and the boys got the upstairs to themselves. Would highly recommend this location if you are in the Emerson area.

We used the porches as well- especially the back porch in the morning for coffee and breakfast. There is a nice big table that we were all able to sit around and there were quite a few card games. There is plenty of parking- we had five cars there regularly and at one time had a few more due to visitors.

The property was clean beautiful and spacious
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this property. It was more than enough space. Our 10 month old loved the openess of the home . The pictures on the site does not compare to the beauty and peacefulness you get in person. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay. Owners were very responsive and even left us a welcome basket with goodies. Very thoughtful! Beautiful property with plenty of space for our baseball group. We'll definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend for anyone else to stay.

This is an excellent property. We had 10 people sleeping there comfortably. It is very clean and new. It would be nice to have a few blankets and extra pillows. This is the only improvement I would recommend.

Family stay for Wedding at In the Woods
I am originally from Kentucky and now live in Lawrenceville Ga. When my daughter made arrangements to be married at "In the Woods" (a wedding venue). I found this wonderful house to have a 4 day calibration. We had lots of family stay will us and come bye just to visit. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of room for all to sleep and a great room that allowed for entertaining.
This was a wonderful spacious accommodation and I highly recommended it.

Great place to stay
We shared this house with a couple other families while our boys played in the PG tournament out of Lake Point. The house was wonderful. Lots of space. We used the grill for bbq dinners a few nights. Highly recommend.

Great place for our family!!
This rental provided our family with excellent space and accommodations to enjoy our time together for our after Christmas family time. Angela, the home owner, was very responsive to every request we had. She knew we were coming for Christmas and had a tree in the living room and other decorations ready for us.
All of our family give this rental a five star rating!
We can highly recommend this rental for anyone staying in this area.

Clean, spacious home
First off, Angela was awesome. She checked in with me multiple times during our stay & answered any questions I had promptly. I stayed with 9 other co-workers in Angela’s home. We had no issues with being in each other’s way while getting ready for work (plenty of room to accommodate us all). We had towels/wash cloths/tooth paste waiting for us on the beds. The best part about this home was how well stocked it was! We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, etc. laundry detergent, spices, condiments were provided. There is a great selection of books, movies, and games (even corn hole!) the home itself is beautiful and it was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, the home is still quite secluded even with neighbors nearby. The tree line gives plenty of privacy. There’s a restaurant called Doug’s place nearby that was highly recommended to us, however we didn’t get the chance to eat there. Plenty of stores and restaurants within a 10-15 min drive radius. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful family retreat 3 minutes from Lakepoint
We were in Emerson for a basketball tournament and LOVED our stay at this home! The Spears have put lots of love into this house and were wonderful to work with. The front porch was one of our favorite spots where we spent much time sipping coffee, reading and grilling. The location to Lakepoint couldn't be better, literally a 3 minute drive! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, laundry room with detergent and the small bottles of soap, body wash and toothpaste that they had waiting for us upon check-in. We hope to be back for another tournament next summer and will be sure to book our stay at the Spears home!

Great house!
We stayed here with four families, it was very close to the baseball fields at Lakepoint, and accommodated all of us perfectly. The Spears were very helpful, and responded almost immediately if we had any questions.
