Super Frühstücksbuffet und die Lage ist perfekt

Das Personal an der Reception und das Reinigungs Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sie sprechen sehr schlecht oder verstehen kein Deutsch und kein Französisch und kein Englisch.
Mit dem Nachschub am Buffet klappt es nicht und auf Gläser für den Saft mussten wir fast 20 Minuten warten. Es wurde von mehreren Gästen darauf hingewiesen, dass es keine Gläser mehr hat.
Schade, bis jetzt war dies nie so, erst seit dem neuen, unqualifizierten Personal.
Einen Eierkoch Kurs wäre auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Did not use restaurant. Bathroom high standard. Quiet location.
Your selection during booking was " single room with single bed" or "double room with queen bed". Since I travelled with my spouse I selected double room. At arrival I was asked to pay 50CHF more per day to get one towel and one extra bed cover that I did not need. Nobody likes embarrassing surprises like that.

Returning guests to this place, close to Bienne. The tropical restaurant nearby, the mini-golf and little zoo is very enjoyable. The rooms, in particular the family room are very comfortable. The place is very quiet during the night.
The rooms could have a quick cleaning before check-in. There was a lot of dust on the floor. Since we are returning guests we notice a slight reduction of the quality in general (which is not that bad, but just to let know the staff). Breakfast (inside) was visited by a lot of wasps (at least 10-20 in the room) which infested the pots of jam, the cold meat and drinks. This could have been avoided if the door was not opened before the opening of the breakfast! The breakfast in general is very basic with basic quality products.

Nice staff, helpful. The dinner at the "Italian" Flamingo restaurant was nice. And the room was clean !
The room looked very old-fashioned, no air conditioning but a fan, the old key to open the door, the old curtains, the old carpet... But at the end we slept well ! It's just that I wouldn't come with my boyfriend, but the hotel is perfect for friends or family reunion.

The restaurant is cooking very nice food. room is good size and quiet. breakfast is good. reception stuff are very helpful and friendly. towels' quality are very good in the bathroom. mini-golf is fun.
we found cockroaches in the room one night. didn't know how did they get there. the bed is not comfortable enough. pillows either too soft or too big, is not very good for neck. bedside light can be more brighter.
