Nice and helpful staffs. Free Goryu ski resort shutter bus stop right in front of the hotel. Walkable distance to Escal plaza and snowfileld( not on ski boot). Breakfast is also good. Hotel itself is a bit old though.

Full breakfast was only served on Sundays. The skir rental place recommended was extremely poorly organised and did not have any decent gear available

The pictures showed an outdoor onsen but this was not available when I arrived. The bathoom was extremely small (1,5 square meters)

The owner and staff here are amazing! Really worth the value and we had a pleasant stay overall.

Breakfast was amazing, wifi speed is great, the staffs were really helpful and able to find means to help us achieve our goals. Overall, an amazing place to spend our 3D2N in Hakuba area.

The owner is a nice person and he tried his best to please us by offer another place in his business group but our family still want to change while we didn't ask for any room charge refund.

Not good for family and kids. Facilities not reach comfortable level. The worst thing is about air heater which was not comfortable while bathroom was too small.

I am happy that I could get a vegetarian breakfast. The hotel was close to Escal Plaza Ski resort and accessible by shuttle bus both in the morning and evening even for night snowboarding/skiing. In addition, the best point was that I could check in at 6:30 am in the morning right after my night bus arrived at Escal Plaza and get a few hours of sleep at the hotel before hitting the slopes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay in this hotel and I would love to stay there again.

The hotel catered for the halal menu we requested and they were very delicious. We would like to also thank the staffs for exceptionally waited for our arrival as we were a bit late for dinner time. (restaurant closes at 7PM) The room was quite nice and the loft was also spacious. Good for group trips.
