The breakfast view was incredible so well thought out and just amazing. It felt very homey and the host was incredible! He picked us up and drop us off to the marina and also helped us organise a boat tour, honestly couldn’t of asked for a better stay would 100% recommend

A bit far from any shops or facilities

The B&B has a magnificent view and is in a very quiet area. The closest bus and taxi stops were 20mins away on foot, however, Costanzo (the owner) was so nice to offer us lifts to either bus stops or our destinations whenever needed.

Costanzo is a very attentive and lovely host. The breakfast was good. The rooms are nice and clean. The view from the terrace is stunning!

the owner was really nice and generous. he even gave us a lift to the port in the morning. apart from that the location is really nice if you want to visit anacapri as well, which i would recommend.

Beautiful place to stay, our host provided excellent advice on a hike which ended at the blue grotto which made our experience of our stay unforgettable. The terrace provides an outstanding view and the room is very comfortable. Much recommended!

The host Costanzo was amazing. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was a simple but delicious Italian breakfast with homemade lemon and chocolate cakes, croissants, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea as well as some cereal options or yogurt. The view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. Do not miss it. You can see the ocean as well as a big section of Capri from a very high vantage point. The view from our balcony was better than the view from the point at the far end of the island that Costanzo will suggest to you.

The host Costanzo will pick you up from the Ancapari main area during the day, but late at night after partying in Capri there is no easy way to get to the BB unless you walk 1km through a quiet lighted walkway. The road is so small that no taxis can drive up to it. If you are ok walking 1km, then it can be sort of fun, but if you are tired, then not so much.

The host and his family were super kind to us and they even picked us from the Marina. The host helped us make bookings for the boat tour and gave us tips on what to see and how to navigate on the island.

To my mind the best place to leave in the Capri Island! We felt like at home! Costanzo and his wife Teresa were so nice! Many Thanks

The owner is very friendly with so many stories about Capri, he came to pick us up from the port and from Capri center (extra charge). He gave us lots of tips of things to do and especially a great place to eat (you must go have dinner at Da Gelsomina with an incredible view) The view of the b&b is breathtaking Breakfast is amazing - fresh croissants and real italian coffee (we had to leave before breakfast time to catch a ferry and the owner accepted to make breakfast 30mn earlier) There are two view points 5mn walking distance where you see the lighthouse and Faraglioni (the three rocks) Very clean and super comfortable Easy online payment

The walls are a little thin so you slightly hear if there is music in the other room The price is a little high but it was peak season and it is definitely worth it

The owner is not friendly and shows obviously that he is just interested in making money and that‘s it.

Nothing really. Buy if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Capri, then it’s too far away.

Costanzo and his wife are super great. The room is stunning with the non-blocking view of the see. City centre of Anacapri is within walking distance. I would really recommend to use the transfer service provided by the B&B because taxi in Capri does not use metres and just charges random ridiculous money. But overview, highly recommend!

We certainly will remember Constanzo and it’s beautiful house every time we think in Capri. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need in your stay. There is a wonderful view to the sea and a peaceful environment with the fragrance of flowers in the garden and singing birds. Definitely a must if you want a home-like stay and avoid the crowds and noise. Constanzo picked us up from Ana Capri and showed us the way up to the house. Definitely walkable in a beautiful neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious and we felt like at home. There is probably few people in Capri (and in the whole Italy and the world) that knows the island as Constanzo does. Our visit to Capri wouldn’t possibly have been as wonderful without his knowledge and tips about the island, the best restaurants and places to visit (plus stories and tips that we wouldn’t find anywhere else). The whole island is well connected by bus and the property is easily accesible from Ana Capri. We had no issues moving here and there and see all the main attractions in a day. I would definitely recommend Constanzo’s beautiful house and we can’t wait to come back!!

We loved absolutely everything

I’ll not have enough space to tell you how amazing is Constanzo & Teresa, this lovely family are the best host,owner you’ll find. The room were so clean, organized with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and variety. The location is a dream for a well rest vacation. They will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and full of adventure around the island. We definitely will come back and stay with them again. AnaCapri have a lot to see and with the bus you get to Capri and Marina grande is good located. The room was brightly clean when we arrived. The owner and his wife gave us a outstanding hospitality. They are nice and kind. Constanze gave us suggestions and organize tours and things to do which was perfect for our group. I super recommend this property!

Breakfast is good if you are looking for something simple. The location is like 15 min by walk to the Anacapri city center. For us was not a problem because we are aware about it but can be a disadvantage these points.

We really enjoyed staying at Alle Ginestre. It had been recommended by a friend who had also stayed there. It is a sanctuary from the busy life on Capri. Being situated in Anacapri it is quieter, more affordable and has wonderful views. Costanza and Teresa are magnificent hosts who provide great advice for things to do and see. We used their shuttle service from the port which made life very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and commend Alle Ginestre to others.
