This property couldn't be any more perfectly located on Folley Beach! Beach access right outside the door, and close to all local eateries, grocery, etc. but not in the chaos of the hotel traffic. No car required from check-in to check-out, which made for a perfectly relaxing getaway. We did rent a golf cart for 24 hours just to explore the Island from end to end.
The staff was around daily, but never instrusive. They responded immediately when we pointed out some wasps trying to establish a nest in the wood decking & even followed up the next day to make sure we all good.
This unit had everything we needed & we will definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Folley Beach!

When we arrived, there was no central AC in the unit. We left the unit to stay at a nearby hotel. The small window unit located in the bedroom was not enough to properly cool the location.

Location is supreme! You can walk to store, restaurants and shops. You can park your car and never have use it again until you leave. For older folks, the stairs are a bit much to lug coolers and luggage. We were happy to not be in 3rd floor! 😁

Loved the fact you that you can walk to everything In Folly. Stuff was dusty and didn’t have any cleaning supplies. We did see a few bugs. Our washer didn’t work but they came to fix it same day. The view was amazing and we loved talking with other dog owners.

Location to restaurants/shopping was great, direct beach access was AWESOME, and included parking was much appreciated (across the street they charged $30 for day parking). The unit was clean, cool, and well-maintained. We had a fun trip!

Our experience exceeded our high expectations! We booked wanting dog friendly lodging, a seashore view but convenience to the pier and retail area was an added delight. We also had wonderful interactions with kind travelers from near and far who were also renting the neighboring condos, many who also had their dog and their dog stories which enhanced our mutual enjoyment.

We loved sitting on our front deck and directly seeing the ocean. Space was perfect for the two of us and had the necessary amenities, coffee pot, essential cooking pans, king size bed, and laundry. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV and perhaps the kitchen area could use a bit more lighting. However we were totally satisfied and plan to go again!

Overall, very good stay. We only had 2 issues both reported to the property manager at the time of stay. The dishwasher did not work properly, and also we found palmetto bugs in the bedding and scampering around inside the condo( I have pictures).

The location is perfect but . . .The main a/c unit was inoperative on check-in. The service team installed a window a/c in the bedroom that worked but screamed so loudly one could hardly carry on a conversation or sleep -- for a week. When we left, the main unit still had not been repaired.
The toilet ran constantly because of an unsealing flap valve. Not one of the non-stick pans had even the slightest bit of functional non-stick coating.
That said, we would still go back. How to get assurance that the unit would be in better condition, I have no idea. Overall, the condition did not match the description. It should have been about $100 a night less.
The local handyman was great. The a/c service company did nothing. The property managers had nothing to say.

Folly's Best... was a great stay.
We arrived to a clean room, great property, and incredible views. The condo was very well outfitted with amenities. Also an accurate online description. Really enjoyed the keycode lock system. No keys required and code was easy to remember. Great location walking distance from alot of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
