Jedine co tak bylo velike horko na pokoji a zadny vetrak ci klimatizace, to jsme jeli koupit.. ale to jsem mela zkontrolovat pri bookingu..

The property was very clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff were attentive, kind, and helpful. All of the food and drinks were delicious.

staff was nice and friendly, beer is great. Rooms are basic and comfy.

there was lots of noise and loud talk very early in the morning on sunday in the hallway where the rooms are. Not pleasant. A/C would be nice.

Very nice staff. The young woman who checked us in (check in was at the bar) was very nice and spoke English. She was also our waitress and was very fast and attentive. The food was great and the prices were low for drinks and food. Our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean.

having to change rooms because of a lack of heat, having been told three or four times what time the kitchen closed (each time was different), and when we were supposed to be there for dinner. Having to pay an additional fee that Booking.com didn't charge us (we paid more than Booking.Com asked for). The restaurant and bar closed at 7pm. We had nowhere to go or to sit comfortably except in our rooms. We would have stayed downstairs in the bar/restaurant area drinking beer for at least two more hours, making the brewery money. Odd... But what fixed it all was how nice the people were.

It is a fairly short walk to Zvikov castle.. so the location is wonderful for that. The staff were fantastic and friendly.. it really made a difference. Lovely clean garden at the rear where you can sit and have a drink.. Smokers are catered for.. unlike some paces this hotel understands that many people still enjoy a coffee and cigarette.. and they are guests too! Segregation is easy. If you are cyclist or motorcyclist there is undercover shelter free of charge. Beautiful ambiance here! .......... did I mention the beer.. amazing!

The only thing was that some noisy guests returning late to their rooms disturbed other people including myself.. I don't blame the hotel for that just the thoughtlessness of a few people.
