Very friendly personal, i heard the breakfast waiter being annoyed by a too demanding customer and he could always produce polite words trying to lower the tones...i would say PROFESSIONAL.

All very nice and well kept and comfortable.
Owners are lovely family willing to help and advise. Nice stay in the balcony double bedrooms.
Perhaps the shower rooms and toilets in the balcony rooms were a bit on the tiny side but otherwise all good.

The hotel is super close to the sea and city centre. The place is new and very clean. All staff was really friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms in the rooms were a bit small, but it was not a problem. Everything else was super nice!

the location was perfect to us it was just next to the Ironman Village. the staff is very handful and funny :) at the breakfast the staff tried to do the best they can to give us what we need
the room is really really tiny just as the bathroom. the breakfast was a bit complicated because they don't speak English (and we do not speak italian either :))

The variety of choice for the breakfast was really nice
The service sometimes did not reflect our expectation. For 3 mornings out of 3, the waiter was mistaken and did not bring us what we order (sometimes he forgot something, sometime we received different things compare to what we had ordered)
