Adults only pool and pool bar/cafe area were good. Rooms were lovey with good blinds, air con and fan and very nice bathroom, beds and veranda. Breakfast good but understaffed. The staff were all overly at restaurants etc but reception a bit disorganised. All inclusive drinks had a good selection.

The smell by the adults only pool of sewers was horrible. I did mention it to the manager but it didn’t get resolved. The evening bar area and dining room was not great. Lacked atmosphere. Entertainment not for me but no alternative area. Buffet dining not for me and again no alternative. Whole thing really just tagged on to the rest of the hotel. Evening bar area lacking atmosphere.

Easy check in. Able to use a Hospitality Room (with shower) to change in whilst room was being prepared. Went All Inclusive - enough choice of food and drink in the main adults restaurant, free 2L water in the room daily, breakfast was great and the pool snack bar was good enough too. Had a Junior Suite which had ample space, helpful TV channels to catch up on news, desk, USB sockets and a really good shower. Outside space was pretty, and large. WiFi strong enough to hold a couple of MS Teams calls, only a little jittery. Staff were helpful and polite - able to assist with taxis. Short walk to the beach.

Odd smell around the adults pool and adults area. Outside space was great but depending on which way your terrace is configured, you might not get any decent sun (due to the lovely leafy trees). Adults pool area was quite small - dreaded towels put down on loungers, which staff didn't remove. The music wasn't in keeping either. Perhaps there could be another terrace near the pool with comfy chairs? Be warned, if you are very keen on 'adults only' the adults bit is attached to the main hotel, so you'll still need to fend off families etc. when dining and going to reception.

thalasso spa lovely and nice pool

we paid over 300 on 1st January for what felt like a premier inn, it wasn’t premium, food was raw in the buffet restaurant so we ate out even though half board. rooms are comfortable but it isn’t luxury or premium

Very nice and relaxing stay.

Had nearby attractions available however was away from the "hotspot" of the island

staff were very friendly and polite, everywhere was kept very clean, food was good.

evening entertainment in the stage area is not set out friendly for groups. its more like being in a cinema. would be better to have groups of tables than rows of seats.
