You can walk to all the shops and restaurants quite safely and easily. Met the owner and she was very helpful with all sorts of recommendations.

Both of Laura’s cottages on Bustle Lane are perfect in every way! They are beautifully decorated, have every amenity you need, and are conveniently-located to everything in Cashiers. She is an excellent host and we hope to visit again soon 😊

Cashiers Cottage 35 is a charming and a comfortable place to stay. It's well outfitted, very clean, and cared for. The porch swing and deck is a nice feature of the property, too.
Check-in/out, access and other processes were straightforward.
We enjoyed our stay and Laura, the host, was very responsive.

Everything about the place was very nice and convenient. We enjoyed it so much that my only “complaint“ is that there wasn’t a regular coffee maker, just a Keurig. How’s that for first world problems :-)

Rented the cottage over the weekend to attend a wedding in Cashiers. Place was conveniently located (a mile away from the venue), and was very clean and comfortable! The cottage offered all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Bedsheets and towels were very clean and the place is very well maintained. Ample parking and driving/walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would rent this place again and highly recommended it!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely return. The cottage is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The only change I would make is to provide an outdoor grill. There is a gas fireplace to keep things cozy. You can't go wrong here.

The cabin was wonderful, great proximity to town and to nearby hikes. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The cabin was clean, quaint, and just perfect for our small family. We’ve stayed in the area many times before and would consider renting here again.

We had a nice time at the cottage. It’s cute, clean and the owner was very helpful. We were able to bring our dogs and thought walking them would be a little easier but it was our mistake. We thought that the back of the house had grass. Haha, nope it’s a hilly mini forest. Definitely a great place for a couple our small family, very convenient to the center of town.

We recently stayed for a week at this very centrally located Cashiers Cottage. It is a lovely, well appointed cottage that is charming in decor and set up. From the wrap-around porch, to the easy use and cozy fireplace, to the efficient and thoughtful TV set up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner checked-in with us early in our stay to ensure all was well, which was an ‘above and beyond’ gesture.
All of Cashiers restaurants, coffee shop, clothing/decor shops and village green are a short drive away.

Cashiers Cottage is a pleasant, quaint cottage. It’s ideal location to downtown Cashiers was perfect for strolling artisan shops. Cashiers Cottage also enabled us to explore the natural beauty, splendor and waterfalls that Cashiers and Highlands offer. However, the traffic and fabrication noise nearby did detract from our experience.

Stayed in Cashiers for five days with our 14 year old daughter after dropping our son off at camp, and had an enjoyable visit. Property was clean and as advertised. Well located. Gas fireplace a bonus.

The listing was exactly as described - it was modern, clean, and just all around lovely. It's spacious and has the cutest wraparound porch with a great view. It's also near the main Cashiers stretch, so we were able to walk to restaurants pretty easily. Highly recommend!

My wife and I booked this property while we were house shopping in the area. We were very impressed by the house as soon as we walked in. Everything was done extremely well. I would highly recommend this house for someone wishing to visit the Cashiers area.

The cottage is fabulous! High end deco. Laura helped me when i put wrong dates on reservation. When we got locked out, Laura & hubby were there in 5 minutes. Definitely a great girlie retreat
