The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood a little far from the city centre (although with a direct bus connection) but is a rare accommodation option in this part of Szczecin which is very helpful when visiting relatives or doing business in the area. The owner was very approachable, we had no problem with check-in and check-out, the apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The wifi was working well too.

Nothing to complain about, it's a regular basic apartment in a Polish city, so if this is what you expect, you will get it.

The property is outstanding. Very modern, clean, and cost. It has everything you need. Ms. Alicia is a very kind and sweet owner/manager. Will rent it again with no blink of my eye.

Very clean apartment (I wish more properties would be so clean), spacious, quiet, kind host, no problems with parking nearby, very well equipped with attention to the small details - all this makes the stay very comfortable, and easy-going. Good communication with the host, easy to find. The apartment has new wi-fi which has to be checked (the connection had interruptions), but the host said she will check it out, and I am sure the wi-fi works at the time I am writing this, because this host really takes care of the apartment and its guests. Perfect!

Appartement was nice and very clean. Lady from apartment was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was compleet and their is a balcony. Supermarket is nearby.

Flat was self-sufficient. Tea, coffee, sugar etc. all was supplied, as well as the items required to prepare any food, like pots, cups etc. Lots of space and very comfy.

Clean, cosy, full-equiped flat. Owner is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Area is surrounded by parks and green. The food store is in direct neighborhood. Communication form the city center is surprisingly good: bus "A" needs 20 min. to get there (buy the ticket for 3 PLN)

On the second day, the whole building lacked hot water. I learned about the inconvenience at the arrival.
