Tropical Paradise 2/2 in New Smyrna Beach
Hermoso condominio tranquilo y aislado con una caminata de 2 minutos a la playa NO-DRIVE New Smyrna, a pocos pasos de la casa club, piscina climatizada de gran tamaño y bañera de hidromasaje. Esta comunidad de condominios se encuentra en medio del verdadero paisaje de Florida con palmeras naturales y exuberantes jardines que lo rodean. The condo was nice. The property is under major construction. It was not easy to stay there during the week days. They are putting up all new siding and windows. Once that is down I am sure it will be beautiful. Hopefully next year all the construction is done.

We have stayed at this condo many times and we are never dissappointed. Sun Beach Club is in an excellent location with the beach just across the street. Everything you need is in the condo and beautifully decorated with a beach theme.

We have stayed at Sun Beach Club many times and have always loved it here. It's the perfect location being so convenient to everything. The condo is tastefully decorated and so comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The property is a great location with pool and jacuzzi for relaxing in. The beach was very close by too. We enjoyed biking around and on the beach as well. Biked up to Flagler Ave for breakfast and shopping. Everything is close by. The unit had a very comfortable bed (very important) and all the accessories needed for cooking our meals. Having beach chairs to use was a beautiful plus as well as beach towels too. Loved how the units are set in with beautiful forests of greenery and board walks, paths around the property.

Nice cozy condo
Previous reviews say it all. Comfortable condo unit in desirable Sun Beach Condo development. Unit has all you need, and residents and guests were welcoming and friendly.
Close to beach and amenities. The unit is on the 2nd floor, which would be an issue with persons with disabilities. Otherwise perfect for a couple or small family.

Great Place To Stay
Great location - close to beach & shopping next door. Others staying in complex were extremely helpful & friendly. Swimming pool was heated and hot tub was excellent.
Had all of the amenities that we required. Lots of tv stations.
Would gladly return.

Perfect home away from home
This 2 bed, 2 bath condo has everything. Very clean and comfortable, so much so that two and a half days of rain didn't bother us. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach, pool, grocery and restaurants. The complex is clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Would choose this condo again!

I was very happy with this condo. Everything was exactly as advertised and it would be my first choice for another visit. Good restaurants and good shopping was readily available and convenient. Neighbors were quiet and friendly..

Great Place to Stay
An absolutely wonderful condo to stay at. The condo had everything we wanted, amenity wise, great neighbors, great beach access, great location. We were just a short drive to the shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave and a short drive down to JBs Fish Camp. The swimming pool was the bomb!! Clean, easy access, wonderful places to sit. My wife and I can not say enough good things about the place. Hopefully we can come back soon to decompress more! Thanks for sharing with us!!

Paradise in New Smyrna Beach
My husband & I stayed at this condo for the month of March. We love Sun Beach Club and have returned there for our third time. The condo had everything we could possibly need and is decorated nicely with a beachy theme. The location is perfect with the pool being very close and the beach just across the street. We took advantage of the stores and restaurants that were so close that we could just walk to. We met so many friendly people staying there and we plan on returning again.

Beautiful nicely decorated condo in a tropical setting
The condo is in a well groomed and beautifully landscaped tropical setting with easy beach access. Many trees, shrubs, and plants lined walkways throughout the complex make it a welcoming place to take walks. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a beach theme and had all the amenities needed to stay there. There were two big screen TV’s with full cable, WiFi, comfortable beds and furniture, and we especially liked that there were two full bathrooms. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our vacation here.

next to the beach
the facility was clean, neat and organized. Everything weneeded for a month ofliving was there.
It is strictly a matter of personal taste but we fond the beds to be uncomfortable and the seating in the living room to be very uncomfortable. because of the weather we spent way too much time inside.
the proximity to the beach and other amenities was perfect. would stay there again because of this.

Nice location, quiet, pleasant.
This condo development is very comfortable, safe, quiet...away from the busy drive beach area. Evening walks, grocery and convenience stores, gym close. Perfect for retired folks. Pool small but clean. The unit was comfortable and well equiped with beach theme.
