Cleanliness, everything brand new and functioning properly , mattresses and pillows very comfortable, wi-fi and AC working very well. Conveniently located close to shops, public transports, amenities and the beach.

The apartment is within a 5 min walk to the beach and beside a number of restaurants & shops. It is beautifully decorated, large and comfortable.

no coffee machine, no water, no shampoo and conditioner. for 350 euros for 2 nights in September I suppose this items must be included!!!!!

Comfy beds, helpful host with great tips on local restaurants, clean.
The electricity flips on when you insert a card, which means you need to stick around when you run the dishwasher, for example. Or do your breakfast dishes by hand.

Carlo's sister (who lives in Minori) checked us in, which worked well.
The apartment is in the centre of Minori - with lots of good shops and restaurants nearby - and has been recently renovated, and has a quality and contemporary feel, and is well-equipped with a very comfortable bed.
We were able to park our hire car in a nearby car park (at a cost of EUR10/day), which was very convenient.
On three of the four nights we heard quite a bit of noise from the apartment above - footsteps and conversations - which went rather late, and was a problem for us, and was rather disappointing given that we had specifically chosen the apartment because 'Soundproofing' was included in the description.
