The hostess was welcoming and addressed issues we had although this could have been done more swiftly had someone been onsite or close by.

Unfortunately the accommodation is very tired and needs capital spent on it to warrant the price paid. The TV and dishwasher have clearly recently broken and not been replaced. There was only one bath towel and several small hand towels which were old. Breakfast is non existent - just coffee, bread and butter. This should be more clearly explained upfront. There is no sign outside the property so finding the accommodation is difficult.

It was in a great location, very spacious and a comfortable bed. The owner Mars was not there but responded almost immediately to any questions and sorted things out. We stayed for a week and loved it!

Crockery was a bit random (larger mugs for tea would be good). The lady upstairs was quite noisy doing laundry and vacuuming late. I think rules about times are implemented now.

It has a beautiful Livingroom and you can have breakfast on the small terrace. The house has a lot of charm.

The breakfast was limited, but in exchange had a very good coffee.

Beautiful house and apartment. Comfy beds. Welcoming and flexible hosts (communication via WhatsApp, not present in the house).

The kitchenette is very small and the electric stove works unpredictably. Parking situation is tough (although normal for Cascais center).

Location was superb, Guest house was delightful with lots of character.

Difficult to get a hold of the host. We did not know how to check in. Another guest opened the gate for us but inside we still had to wait to get in touch with the host to be able to know which room was ours.

Good location and comfortable and pretty room. But the breakfast consist of little crackers and coffee nothing more (a “copious” breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, you will be very hungry if you count on it). Plus, there was no one at reception for the whole length of our stay.
