Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the beaches. A supermarket downstairs. Friendly happy smiling staff. Clean ,quiet good room. Breakfast was great, the watermelon was a piece of art. Must eat :-))

No place to dry our swimwear as no balcony in our room. but could dry them in another balcony at the corridor. No big deal.

everything about our stay at Hotel Maria was perfect! The room was nice and very clean with comfortable bed. Huge plus for a delicious continental breakfast. 3 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Located in a town centre of Golfo Aranci.

The room was very clean when we arrived, it was a big, spacious room with sofa and balcony. The man that gave us the room (i think it was the onwer) was very very nice.

The breakfast was really poor, italian breakfast (this mean coffe, croissant and fruits). Not evan close to a continental breakfast. The room was not so clean after the first day, Cleaning was made superficial.

We stayed here for one week and used the location as a base to explore the beautiful coast. The staff were excellent - the lady in the morning and the gentleman in the evening were both extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms and other areas of the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was good. There is a mini market below which made things very convenient. If you are looking for a small, very clean, family-like atmosphere hotel, this is a perfect choice!

We had a small balcony and would be a good addition to add a couple of chairs.

Great location, very close to the beach and to the restaurants in the golf (there is a also a supermarket at ground floor), the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast is good.

It’s a hotel. Not a very personal approach and standard breakfast.

It was really clean and silent, so we sleeped really well. There is also a general small balcony with a clothes rack on which you can hang things to dry. And there is an elevator directly from the street up, so good for us with a lot of luggage. Service was really nice and we could left our luggage at the hotel also after check out to enjoy the rest of the day on the beach until our ferry took us back to Livorno.

the doorknobs simply turned off a lot when using and the mini fridge did not cool. But neither was a problem for us, as the rest was flawless!

Great hotel a few steps away from the many -seriously spectacular- beaches in Golfo Aranci, with restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. No complimentary parking in the business, but there is a free-parking area a few meters away (there's parking in front of the building too, although metered). The rooms are ample, neatly furnished, with good A/C and a nice little balcony... with the added plus that you can see *both* sides of the sea from them, as the hotel is located in the peninsula's isthmus :) Breakfast is quite good, with both continental and sweet options - minicroissants are quite nice: freshly baked every morning, you can pick several if you want an "average-sized" equivalent, and you can mix fillings! Staff are extremely kind and helpful, including the charming cleaner (who made sure to get the room ready quickly so that I could continue working in the room with my PC).

Nothing, great stay! If only I could make a petty note, I'd recommend trying to provide freshly squeezed juice in the morning breakfast, since there's only bottled options (usually pretty high on sugar) - but that's really a small detail.
