The condo was a decent set up and had good A/C other than that I would not recommend. We faught roaches in the kitchen the entire stay. To the point we actually took pictures and videos of how many there were any time you moved anything or turned a light on. The road ways going into the place also need a lot of work, and if you plan on swimming in the pool or using the hot tub at night you're out of luck after 8pm it's closed and locked. For the amount of money I spent to stay in this place i feel like it should have been so much better and bug free.

We were here just one night for a family trip to Key West but wish we'd been able to stay longer. This property was clean and beautifully furnished. I have to say the bathroom in the master suite was one of the prettiest I've ever seen.
The colors were bright and beautiful throughout the condo and was roomier than the pictures show. We had washer and dryer in the room which we really appreciated and the balcony overlooked the swimming pool and a small canal.
We loved the quiet location although for some reason, we struggled finding the building every time we came in. :) We were just a couple of miles from the downtown touristy area.
We initially had an issue with the booking through Vacasa, but I eventually spoke to a very nice rep who corrected the problem and we had no trouble after that. In fact, the communication with Vacasa after that was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Perfectly located by the airport and far enough from the noise downtown. But close enough to the action via a short Uber ride.

Nicely decorated clean and well appointed.
Good for 2 couples, but bed in smaller bedroom needs a new matress. Dips in the middle, uncomfortable. Near the airport which is away from the town center. Need to drive to most everything.

My family and I were very excited about this trip, we booked well in advance. When we got there the location was nice and the place seemed clean, however a couple of hours after checking in we noticed the place was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere, even up my husband's leg while he was sitting!! My husband took pictures and we emailed the person in charge of the location. Since it was with Vacasa, every time we spoke with someone it was a different person. That night I emailed them and told them we were not okay with that, not to mention I am pregnant and did not even feel like eating in that place. We had to sleep there because nobody answered us and then had the audacity to charge us 1 night for that horrible experience. This was very frustrating, i was embarrassed since we brought more family members with us. We were not happy at all!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean. A wonderful location and quiet tranquility give it that extra vacation feel. Steps away from the pool with beautiful views from the balcony made this stay so relaxing.

We got there and received a phone call from the property manager stating that they would be repaving the parking lot during our entire stay. They promised us this would not affect our stay at all. It did. We had to randomly park in different places every time praying when we walked out to our car it wouldn't be towed. The toilet was broken, the elevator buttons were barely hanging on. Roaches in the condo (pictures in my phone). The condo itself was very clean. At night we couldn't sleep in the master bedroom because there was a horrible banging noise all night. During the day we could not enjoy the condo or the pool because of the horrible asphalt smell and noise from construction. The only saving grace was the great location and we had fun as soon as we left the condo. So sad that I saved for 6 months for this honeymoon vacation and could not relax due to stress from our condo situation the whole time.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. It is located close enough to get downtown quickly but far enough away to be quiet and not busy with traffic. It made for a very relaxing vacation, and we look forward to visiting this apartment many times again in the future.

Beautifully kept space. Clean. Nicely renovated. Sofa bed isn’t ideal, but worked for my 14 & 11 year old. The fountain pond was filled with turtles, and lots of iguanas in the trees-we loved that! It’s several miles from Duval Street, Higgs and Zachary Taylor which are awesome for snorkeling. You will need transportation!

The 2 room condo was great. Location not so much…noisy in the morning because it was close to the airport. 1 mile from the beach so you have to drive everywhere.

The Condo was absolutly wonderful. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. So pretty inside. The grounds and pool area were beautiful!! Definitely would recommend your property!!

March key west stay
Apartment was beautiful and super clean. Liked the veranda too. Location is not great since you can’t walk to anything in town. Be prepared to rent bikes and ride 4 miles to get into town, or Uber. Parking is horrible in the main part of key west. We discovered the Double Tree close by- should make guests aware of that since they have a bar/restaurant/concierge who helped us book excursions.

Beautiful, clean unit
Loved our stay. Pool, unit, parking all great. Walking distance to beautiful walk along the water. Obviously, driving distance to town but nice to be away from all the noise and nightlife.
We had one problem with a roudy group nearby in the middle of the night but the management addressed it promptly.

This was a great place. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. Nice complex. Worked out great for our family of 4 and my brother.

Good location
comfortable out of the way condo that overlooks the pool and hot tub. Uber ride to historic district was $32.00 each way and took about 10 minuities to go 5 miles. Bring your own coffee grounds the provide coffee make weak coffee
