Bienvenido a Lexi's Beach Loft. El apartamento está justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa y cuenta con techos abovedados en la sala de estar, dos dormitorios principales con baño en suite y un altillo. Disfrute de la gran pantalla en el porche o vea el amanecer desde el área del desván. La playa en sí es un paseo rápido de 250 yardas. Lexi's Beach Loft se encuentra en la parte de New Smyrna Beach que no conduce. La unidad está ubicada en una comunidad galardonada con 3 piscinas, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, tejo, racquetball y senderos para caminar. Sea Woods is a great neighborhood, and this condo is perfectly placed: a short walk to the beach or three pools, a short drive into town! It has all the amenities we needed and we spent a week of relaxation and fun!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with pools and just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping w close by. The owner responded to questions in minutes, which is a definite plus. Would absolutely stay again.

We have two younger children and this place was great! It had quick easy access to the beach and the ocean was even somewhat visible from the upstairs and could watch the sunrise a bit as well. The pictures do not do it justice for the size, very large. We are from Colorado and the unit had plenty of fans and a great working A/C- which we were thankful for :). We will visit again! highly recommend for a larger group or family. The master bed was extremely comfortable.

This place was fantastic! I don’t feel like the pictures do it justice. The condo was absolutely adorable and so was the community. Great amenities and super quiet/peaceful. We would 100% stay here again.

Plenty of provisions to get you started. Very clean. Although the kitchen is a bit outdated, the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Everything as advertised. Host communicates quickly and honestly. Unit and walking paths are very quiet. Yes, the screened in deck is noisy because of car traffic, but that was no surprise and did not affect a good nights sleep. The property is close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves, and shops. We would stay here again.

The property was very convenient. Saw lots of tortoises at Smyrna dunes park. We were able to drive onto the beach with an entry near the park. Gorgeous views.

Jack’s place is like home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s in a great location, close to the beach, and restaurants. Will stay there again if we return to the area.

Beautiful property and wonderful location
This property was gorgeous! The unit was clean and well appointed. Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and safe, well landscaped and great for walking. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent as well. We will definitely return!

The beach was easily accessible. The main strip for restaurants was fairly close with a wide variety. The condo had all the amenities needed. Jack and John thought of everything.

Jack and John have a cute get away. Very well appointed. Everything you could want including toys for hanging out at the beach. We appreciated the coffee, shampoo and even ear plugs!

The property has great amenities and the location was great. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach. Jack left us great instructions regarding our stay and the binder/notebook in the property had all the other info we needed. We will not hesitate to stay again next time we are in NSB.

I admit I was a bit nervous that the property would be cramped knowing it is in a multi-unit building. My worries were gone once we checked-in. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and space to spare. The property has great amenities and the location was great. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood with easy access to a nice beach. Jack left us great instructions regarding our stay and the binder/notebook in the property had all the other info we needed. We will not hesitate to stay again next time we are in NSB.

Why do we have to leave?!
We had a wonderful time at Lexi's Loft / Jack & John's place... owners were responsive, provided all the thoughtful basics - paper towels, extra soap/shampoo & toilet paper, etc. Even the beach gear was pristine! Note: we didn't have small kids, but if you do, the stairs to the loft are a bit hard to navigate / fence off. Great owners' manual / binder with info, and quiet, calm get-away. Definitely would stay here again!

We booked for the rusty Wallace driving experience which got cancelled. We still enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the property!! It’s so spacious and has all the amenities. We would definitely come back to stay.

There is plenty of room for maybe four people, it could get a little crowded for more than four adults. The place was clean and all major amenities are present. There isn't much of a view though. You have to go to the loft area to see a little bit of ocean above rooftops. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay. We would rent again.

Jack's Place
All the amenities we needed. Other then clothes and food we had everything we needed. Should have brought butter. Outside could use a good powerwash but inside was as expected. Nice place to stay. Our kiddo loved the loft! Thank you!

Super nice place
We were very happy with our stay here, traffic was a little loud at times but the host provided ear plugs. There was nothing that we needed while we were there. Jack was very responsive to all our needs overall we were super happy with our stay here.

Condo is very well kept and has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. Would highly recommend for small to medium sized famlies. Property owner, Jack, is very responsive to anything that you need.
