Schönes weiträumiges Hotel mit vielen Grünflächen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolles Buffet mit einer aussergewöhnlichen Vielfalt, alles sehr lecker! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr grosser Pool, alles ist sehr sauber. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.
Wir vermissten eine ruhige Bar mit angenehmer Musik, wo man am Abend nach dem Essen noch etwas verweilen kann.
Die Beleuchtung auf der Terrasse vor dem Zimmer während der ganzen Nacht ist störend.
Die Tischsets werden geweils für die nächsten Gäste nur gekehrt ohne dass sie richtig geputzt werden.

Colazione più che abbondante, molto variata, soddisfava esigenze di tante persone di varie nazioni. Il personale molto disponibile, se sorgeva qualche piccolo problema cercavano di risolvere immediatamente.
Il caffè quello buono , vero italiano mi mancava.

Resort piuttosto grande ma molto bene organizzato, costituito da varie strutture su due piani che ospitano 8 unità abitative, ognuna molto ampia con salottino e terrazzo, letti comodi King Size, tutte molto bene insonorizzate. La piscina, molto grande, situata in mezzo al villaggio, con abbondanza di lettini e ombrelloni.
Tutto il villaggio è immerso nel verde molto curato, è presente l'animazione con intrattenimento a tutte le ore ma, non è invadente.
Sono presenti vari bar, fra cui uno dentro la piscina, che, offrono ogni tipo di bevanda e Snake tutto il giorno.
Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile.
La spiaggia, a 2 piani, uno rialzato ed uno in riva al mare, da la possibilità di fare il bagno direttamente dalla riva, dove l'acqua è bassa, altrimenti c'è un pontile da cui si accende alla barriera corallina.
Il buffet mi ha colpito molto in quanto molto ben fornito e con pietanze che soddisfano ogni palato, in assoluto il miglior buffet da quando frequentiamo l'Egitto.
In generale nella struttura regna una bella tranquillità per chi vuole rilassarsi e godere del bellissimo clima.
Al WiFi un'altra nota di merito, prende bene un po' in tutta la struttura, tantopiu in camera.
Noi siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di 3 settimane e, siamo stati benissimo.
Un saluto ed un ringraziamento ancora a tutto lo staff che ha contribuito a rendere così bello e rilassante il nostro soggiorno.
Sicuramente ci rivedremo.
È andato tutto oltre le nostre aspettative.

- Not much animation or activities around the day
- The water around the pier had high waves during our stay which made it hard to snorkel and the corals weren't as vivd as in other places
- A very rocky beach with a lot of dead corals
- The soap and shampoo dispenser are bottled and u need to squeeze really hard to get them out

The staff are so friendly and supportive, starting from the receptionists all the way to every other staff member.
The food quality and variety were just exceptional, really great experience.

Jaz is excellent as usual, i tried jaz in hurghada, sharm elsharikh and now marsa allam, great as expected, high cleanliess standard, polite stuff and very good quality for food and alot of entertanmints.. highly recommended.

Long walk from the rooms to the water park, the beach was very rocky and the rooms were not luxurious(very basic design).

The resort is quite large, the pools are nice but I think they are small for a facility with so many guests. A few nights we ate some typical food, and it was very much appreciated, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Quiet and peaceful resort to relax :)
The resort is old; there are much more renovated places than this one. The dining room is spacious but not well organized. The staff is not at all courteous and attentive to customer needs. We asked several people about tours and boat trips and no one gave us any information.

Randomly we discovered a place which is organizing tours of any kind just outside the resort (highly recommended).
The bar service in the evening is very poorly managed and the staff very rude.
Bathrooms are very old with bathtub instead of shower. The beach is not nice and poorly maintained.

I miss this place so much!

The resort was amazing, everything was clean and well organised and the staff was very friendly. The resort was excellent value for money, the food was amazing and very varied (my boyfriend is vegan and had no problems), the entertainment was very good and the rooms were very spacious and clean. There are activities for everyone but at the same time the place is quiet and relaxing, if you don't want to participate you barely notice they are there.
The reef in front of the hotel is incredible, it's like jumping in an aquarium and there is a diving centre just outside the resort with great excursions - would highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and willing to help. The buffet food in the main restaurant was for the most part good and varied, though not great for those with allergies and dietaries. The bedrooms were nice and spacious.
There was no Internet access in the bedrooms. The resort is vast, therefore it was difficult for our group to keep in regular contact. Some of us ended up purchasing local sim cards. As the hotel is meant to be 5 stars, then I'd expect Internet access. The drinks option was so limited. Although the menu claimed they served freshly squeezed fruit juices (at an extra cost) not one single bar or restaurant on the resort had freshly squeezed fruit juices, instead they offered you sugary fruit drinks. It's a 3.5 or 4 star hotel at best and definitely not 5 star.

The staff is super helpful and friendly all the time, food was excellent and many varieties all the days in every meal, the weather is amazing, corals and the colored fish one of a kind, animation team is energetic and super funny with the kids, family bedroom is spaceious and very comfortable, we and the kids really enjoyed our stay..Thank you
The hand soap in the room bathroom is very high for the kids to reach and its dispenser is very difficult to use, normal soap is much better.
