Very enjoyable stay in family room. Beds were so comfortable and lots of space with5. Did not catch name of gentleman at reception but he made huge effort to welcome us and make a pleasant stay, getting cot service up and high chairs for morning breakfast, which was superb!

Could not fault, really beautiful spot and we hope to come again

It was an exceptional view and the rooms were quite big too and the staff was the best part, they were so calm and fun to talk with. We had to book very late as we had nowhere to stay so as a couple we ended up in a family room with five beds in this essentially children's hotel. that was our challenge not theirs. Sophisticated it isn't but it was a great experience nonetheless

Not enough electrical outlets in my room!

Breakfast adequate, not copious.

Coffee in pot (good!) but already tepid. Tiled bedroom floor very cold underfoot. Disturbed by group leaving between 5.30 and 6.30. Hotel was largely emplty and I did not understand why when I had asked for a ruhiges Zimmer they gave me the room between the kitchen and the luggage store. Breakfast not served until 8am.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
